We say "God loves you" so often that sometimes it loses its weight.

Stop for a second and really think about what this verse is saying.

God — the Creator of everything that exists — loved you so much that He gave up His Son. Not reluctantly. Not as a last resort. He gave because love compelled Him to. Because there was no version of eternity He wanted that didn't include you in it.

That's the most costly gift ever given in all of history — and it was given for you.

On your hardest days, when you feel forgotten or unworthy — come back to John 3:16. You are deeply, radically, unconditionally loved.

This verse doesn't mean life will be easy. It means you won't have to face it empty-handed.

Paul wrote these words from prison — from chains. And still he said: I can do all things. Not because of who he was, but because of who was with him.

That same strength is available to you today.

The meeting you're dreading. The relationship that needs repair. The goal that feels impossible. The morning you can barely get out of bed.

All of it — Christ is your strength in all of it. He's never going to run out.

Fear has a way of creeping in quietly — through the late nights, the uncertain seasons, the moments when life feels like too much.

But God didn't just say "don't be afraid." He gave us a reason.

I am with you.

Not "I was with you." Not "I will be with you when you get it together." Right now. In this moment. In whatever you are walking through.

You are not fighting this battle by yourself. The God of the universe is walking beside you, holding you up when your strength gives out.

Let that truth sink in today. Breathe it in. Let it replace the fear with something steady.

Don't just hear about it. Don't just read about it. Taste it.

Experience God for yourself — in prayer, in His Word, in the moments when He shows up in ways that cannot be explained. Let your faith be built on encounter, not just information.

Because once you have tasted the goodness of God — once you have been through something that should have broken you and came out still standing — you don't need to be convinced anymore. You know.

And that knowing becomes the foundation that holds you when the next storm hits.

Your life is a sermon.

Not the one you preach with words — the one you live every single day. The way you love your neighbor. The way you respond under pressure. The way you give when it costs you something. The way you stay faithful when no one is watching.

Jesus didn't say maintain your light carefully and protect it from the wind. He said let it shine.

Your faith was never meant to stay private. It was meant to illuminate something for the people around you who are still in the dark.

Hard seasons are part of the journey. Not because God abandoned you — but because the valley is on the way to the other side.

And in the darkest valley, you are not alone. He is with you. His rod — to fight for you. His staff — to guide you. Both present. Both active.

Fear no evil isn't a command to feel nothing. It's a declaration rooted in His presence. Because what you fear can't touch what you carry.

All things. Not the good things only. Not the comfortable, expected, beautiful things.

All things.

The thing that broke your heart. The door that closed. The relationship that fell apart. The diagnosis that rearranged everything. The detour you never would have chosen.

God is working in all of it. Not causing all of it — but sovereign over all of it, weaving even the painful threads into something that will ultimately be good.

You may not see it yet. The story is not finished.

The distance you feel from God is never because He moved.

He doesn't drift. He doesn't get distracted. He doesn't decide you are too much trouble and pull back.

The promise is clear: take one step toward Him and He moves toward you. Every single time.

Maybe you have been feeling far. Maybe it has been a while since you opened the Word or sat in real prayer. Maybe life got loud and He got quiet in all the noise.

You do not need a perfect re-entry. You just need to turn toward Him.

He is already facing you. Arms open. Waiting.

Whatever you are up against — it is not greater than what is inside you.

The Holy Spirit of God — the same power that raised Jesus from the dead — lives in you. Not visits you occasionally. Lives in you.

The enemy knows this. That is why the attack so often comes through your mind — through doubt, through fear, through the whisper that says you are not enough, that you will not make it, that this is too big.

But the One inside you is bigger. Always.

You have not been left defenseless. You carry an authority the world doesn't understand.

Walk in it.
