โChristmas Eve is traditionally celebrated every December 24, 2025. From the earliest centuries, Christians have kept watch on this holy night, remembering how the first Christmas began in the darkness of a simple stable, when Christ the Light of the world was born. By coming together for the Christmas Eve Mass, we unite ourselves with the shepherds who stayed awake to hear the angelsโ song and with countless families around the world who welcome the Savior with prayer and thanksgiving.
โ
โChristmas is the Nativity of the Lordโthe birth of Jesus, Emmanuel, โGod with us,โ who came as a humble child to bring light, hope, and salvation to the world. In the Mass, that same Jesus meets us again in the Eucharist and invites us to let His light enter our hearts and families. If you have been busy, tired, or away from church for a while, this is a simple chance to come home and begin again with God. Bring your family and friends, and let the last Christmas Mass you attend this year be the moment you give Jesus your time, your thanks, and your hopes for the coming year.
