We understand that this inconvenience may have affected the flow of the program and the overall experience. Please accept our heartfelt apologies. Despite our preparations, unforeseen technical issues arose, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation while we worked to resolve them.

Despite these technical difficulties, we want to assure everyone that the contest remained fair, transparent, and impartial. The judges carried out their responsibilities with professionalism and integrity, and all contestants were evaluated using the same criteria and standards. The sound system issue did not influence the judging process or the final results.

Thank you for your patience, trust, and continued support. We are committed to learning from this experience and improving our future events.
