Just like how David was a man after God’s own heart, we were reminded in yesterday’s Love Banquet Fellowship that God is also calling us to have hearts that pursue Him above all else.

We learned that a heart after God’s own heart:
❤️ Loves God and chooses to obey Him.
❤️ Is grounded in His Word and trusts Him completely.
❤️ Repents quickly, humbles itself, and praises Him faithfully.

Thank you so much to everyone who attended and made the fellowship extra special! Your presence, participation, and joyful hearts mean so much.

𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐆𝐎𝐃'𝐒 𝐎𝐖𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓

God’s love for us is unconditional, faithful, and never-ending. Long before we chose Him, He already chose us. His love reaches us in our weaknesses and meets us in our failures. When we truly understand how deeply God loves us, our natural response is to love Him in return — and that love is expressed through obedience.

David understood this kind of love. Though he was imperfect, sinned, and made serious mistakes, his heart was always drawn back to God. Whether in victory or in brokenness, He sought God. David trusted God’s love, repented sincerely, and desired God’s will above his own. David was called a man after God’s own heart — not because he was flawless, but because his heart was fully surrendered to the Lord.

A daily walk with God is an important foundation in the life of every Christian. It is through this daily walk that our faith is strengthened, our hearts are aligned with His purpose, and our lives are continually transformed. As we move forward and grow together as believers, this fellowship serves as a reminder of how important it is to stay rooted in God’s presence and His Word.

We are reminded of three important truths:
God’s Word reveals God’s will, guiding us in the path we should take.
God’s Word reminds us of our sin, humbling us and calling us to repentance and renewal. God’s Word revives our hearts, giving us strength, hope, and joy even in difficult seasons.

May we continue to walk daily with God, allowing His Word to shape our lives, deepen our faith, and draw us closer to Him and to one another. 🙏✨

We truly praise God for the gift of your life. Thank you for guiding us with patience, for investing your time and energy in us, and for always believing in the potential that God has placed within each of us.

Your heart for the youth and your passion for God’s work inspire us to draw closer to Him every single day. We are deeply grateful for the times you prayed for us, checked on us, invited us to take part in God’s work, and reminded us of the greater purpose He has for our lives. Your kindness, efforts, and sacrifices never go unnoticed — we see them, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

We pray that the Lord will continue to bless you, strengthen you, and use you powerfully to reach more souls and inspire more young people like us. We love you, Pastor! 🫂💙

✨🙌 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐈𝐍? 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐇𝐈𝐌! ✝️❤️

In this fellowship, we are reminded that surrender is the ultimate expression of love 💕 and trust 🤲 in God. We are called to give not just our “half’s” or “some’s” but our whole heart 💖, our whole life 🌍, and our whole being 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ to Him.

Why? Because 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐬. ✨ 𝐇𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟, 𝐇𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 🩸, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐝. 🙏 If Christ gave His all for us, then the only fitting response is for us to give our all back to Him.

Real love for God is not just spoken 🗣️ but demonstrated through a life of obedience and faithfulness.

It is more than words we say or songs we sing 🎶; it is proven in the way we live 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️, in how we serve 🤝, and in how we choose Him daily above all else 🌅 – for surrendering is not a one-time act but a daily choice.
