Lesson 1: GOD'S DESIGN FOR THE FAMILY
Text: Genesis 2:18-24

I. GOD CREATED THE FAMILY

A. God Created Marriage
B. God Created the Family for Companionship
C. God Created the Family for Multiplication

📌 It is God who established and designed the Family not man. He provides instructions for the Family which we are ought to follow - ignoring those instructions may result in damage and dysfunction.

📝 Nais ng ating Panginoong Jesus na tayo ay matuto ng PAGTANGGAP sa Kaniyang Kapangyarihan, PAGSUKO sa Kaniyang Kapamahalaan, at PAGSUNOD sa Kaniyang Kalooban. Kapag marunong tayong sumunod sa Kaniyang panawagan at magsuko ng ating buhay, tiyak ang Kaniyang Probisyon, Proteksyon at Presensya. Matuto tayong magtiwala sa Kaniyang ginagawa at gagawin. Magtiwala sa Kaniyang Plano at Purpose.

📌 Huwag nating ipagpalit ang Dios sa mga bagay at kayamanan ng mundo dahil lahat ng mga bagay na ito ay mawawala, masisira at mauubos. Mas bigyang pansin at kahalagahan natin ang mga bagay na eternal, kung saan ang Dios ang malulugod. Don't pursue for a profit but pursue to be a profitable servant of God.

[1] Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

📌 We are not just building a family but a God-centered and a God-fearing one. We are to build our family according to the principles of the Bible, allowing and letting God rule over our family in every way and every aspect.
