Started the year 2025 with hearts full of joy and gratitude by sharing blessings with the Indigenous Community in Capissayan Sur. The event, initiated by the UMYF Capissayan Sur, was a meaningful way to reflect God’s love through simple acts of kindness. Inspired by Acts 20:35, 'In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: "It is more blessed to give than to receive,"' we came together to bring smiles and warmth to those in need.
Through this heartfelt act of gift-giving, we were reminded that true blessings come from giving and sharing, no matter how small. Most of the recipients were Indigenous Community children, and their smiles and joy reminded us of the beauty of sharing God’s love. As we step into this new year, may we continue to carry the spirit of generosity and kindness, sowing seeds of love and hope in the lives of others. Together, we can make every moment an opportunity to reflect God’s love.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the sponsors whose generosity made this event possible. Your kindness and support have truly made a difference. Looking ahead to the next Christmas and New Year season, we warmly invite those who feel called to share their blessings to partner with us in expanding the reach of this initiative. Together, let us continue spreading joy and love to even more communities.
