“...that they all may be one.” – John 17:21

2. Kailangan ng matibay na ebidensya
Hindi sapat ang isang salita lang. Kailangan may dalawa o tatlong saksi—ibig sabihin, may malinaw at mapapatunayang katotohanan bago tanggapin ang sumbong.

3. Kaayusan at katarungan sa iglesia
Gusto ng Dios na ang iglesia ay mamuhay sa kaayusan, katotohanan, at hustisya. Hindi dapat basta-basta hinahatulan ang sinuman, lalo na ang mga lider.

⚖️ Balance na Katotohanan;

🎯 CONTROL YOUR 5M

A Grace-Age Life Check — Rightly Divided
📖 Key Text: 1 Corinthians 9:27 (KJV)
“But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection…”

🔰 INTRODUCTION

Salvation today is by grace alone through the finished work of Christ (Eph. 2:8–9).
Yet grace does not remove responsibility—it redefines it.

👉 In the Dispensation of the Grace of God (Eph. 3:1–2), believers are not controlled by law, fear, or rituals—but by truth, grace, and sound doctrine revealed through the Apostle Paul.

Today we examine 5 areas (5M) every grace-age believer must bring under control—not to be saved, but because we are saved.
📖 2 Timothy 2:15

🟡 1️⃣ MASTER YOUR MOUTH 👄
📖 Ephesians 4:29
Theme: What you speak reveals what rules you.

🔹 A. Speech Reflects the Spirit
Words expose spiritual condition
Grace produces edifying speech
The Spirit, not the flesh, governs tone
📖 Romans 8:10
🔹 B. Speech Reveals the Source
Gospel-trained lips vs. flesh-led lips
Pauline doctrine shapes conversation
Truth replaces tradition
📖 Colossians 3:16
🔹 C. Speech Resists Sin
No gossip, bitterness, or pride
Grace disciplines the tongue
Silence can be spiritual maturity
📖 Titus 2:11–12

🟡 2️⃣ MANAGE YOUR MIND 🧠
📖 Romans 12:2
Theme: Renewed thinking produces a righteous walk.

🔹 A. Renewed by Revelation
Not emotion-based Christianity
Pauline revelation renews thinking
Mystery truth transforms the believer
📖 Ephesians 1:17–18
🔹 B. Rooted in Right Division
Mixing law and grace brings confusion
Division brings clarity and peace
Sound doctrine stabilizes the mind
📖 2 Timothy 2:15
🔹 C. Ruled by Reality
Facts of grace over feelings
Identity in Christ governs thoughts
Position before practice
📖 Colossians 2:6–7

🟡 3️⃣ MODERATE YOUR MOOD ❤️
📖 Philippians 4:6–7
Theme: Grace stabilizes emotions—not circumstances.

🔹 A. Peace over Pressure
Trials don’t cancel grace
Peace flows from truth
Anxiety bows to doctrine
📖 Romans 5:1
🔹 B. Confidence over Circumstances
Joy rooted in position, not situation
Emotions follow understanding
Grace anchors the heart
📖 Philippians 1:6
🔹 C. Contentment over Complaints
Grace teaches sufficiency
Christ is enough
Maturity learns contentment
📖 Philippians 4:11

🟡 4️⃣ MANAGE YOUR MONEY 💰
📖 2 Corinthians 9:7
Theme: Grace gives freely—not fearfully.

🔹 A. Giving is Voluntary
No tithing law under grace
Cheerful, not compulsory
Grace-motivated generosity
📖 Romans 6:14
🔹 B. Giving is Worship
Stewardship, not salvation
Giving honors Christ
Heart matters more than amount
📖 1 Corinthians 16:2
🔹 C. Giving is Witness
Grace-based giving reflects doctrine
No manipulation or guilt
Liberty, not bo***ge
📖 Galatians 5:1

🟡 5️⃣ MAINTAIN YOUR MANNER 🚶
📖 Ephesians 4:1
Theme: Your walk should match your calling.

🔹 A. Walk Worthy
Position precedes performance
Saved first, then serve
Grace motivates obedience
📖 Colossians 1:10
🔹 B. Walk Wisely
Time redeemed, not wasted
Doctrine directs decisions
Life lived intentionally
📖 Ephesians 5:15–16
🔹 C. Walk Witnessing
Life speaks louder than lips
Grace lived out visibly
Honor Christ before men
📖 Titus 3:8

🟦 CONCLUSION

Grace saves instantly, but sanctification is progressive.
God does not ask believers to control life by law—but by truth, grace, and discipline.
👉 When your mouth, mind, mood, money, and manner are governed by Pauline doctrine, your Christian life becomes clear, stable, and powerful.
📖 1 Corinthians 15:10

🔔 CALL TO ACTION

✅ Examine your speech
✅ Renew your thinking
✅ Stabilize your emotions
✅ Steward your resources
✅ Align your walk
📖 2 Corinthians 13:5
👉 Live out who you already are in Christ!

⭐ FINAL THOUGHTS

1️⃣ Grace saves you — discipline shapes you
2️⃣ Controlled lips protect your testimony
3️⃣ A rightly divided mind prevents confusion
4️⃣ Grace gives liberty, not license
5️⃣ Your walk preaches louder than your words
📖 2 Timothy 2:15
✝️ Rightly Divided. Grace Applied. Christ Glorified.

Why Many Christians Are Stagnant in Their Faith”

Spiritual growth is the very essence of the Christian walk. It’s not just about attending church services or saying the right things but about a deep, intimate relationship with God that transforms our hearts, minds, and lives. The Bible teaches us that as we abide in Christ, we will bear fruit (John 15:5). This fruit isn’t just for our benefit—it’s a testimony to the world of God’s power at work within us. Spiritual maturity doesn’t happen overnight; it’s a lifelong journey of discipleship, shaped through challenges, obedience, and a commitment to following the teachings of Jesus.

Yet, many Christians find themselves stuck in their faith, unable to move forward in their spiritual journey. Whether due to distractions, a lack of spiritual discipline, or unconfessed sin, growth can feel like a distant goal. But the good news is, God has provided everything we need for growth through His Word, His Spirit, and the community of believers. As we seek Him with all our hearts, we will find that spiritual growth isn’t just a personal pursuit—it’s an expression of the grace and power of God in our lives. In this journey, we must remove the obstacles that hinder our growth and commit to a deeper, more intentional relationship with our Creator.

Here are 7 reasons why some Christians may not be growing spiritually:

1. Lack of Personal Bible Study

Many Christians rely solely on weekly sermons or devotional readings but fail to spend time in personal Bible study. The Word of God is essential for spiritual growth. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 teaches that all Scripture is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. Without personal engagement with the Bible, growth is stunted.

2. Neglect of Prayer

Prayer is the lifeline of a believer’s relationship with God. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 urges Christians to pray without ceasing, but when prayer is neglected or becomes routine, spiritual growth stalls. Prayer is essential for intimacy with God, receiving guidance, and staying connected to the Holy Spirit.

3. Lack of Fellowship

Hebrews 10:25 encourages believers not to neglect gathering together, as fellowship is critical for spiritual support, accountability, and growth. Isolated Christians are more prone to discouragement, spiritual apathy, and losing sight of their faith. Fellowship with other believers provides encouragement, teaching, and strength.

4. Failure to Apply God’s Word

Many Christians hear the Word but fail to apply it in their daily lives. James 1:22 instructs believers to be doers of the Word, not just hearers. Without putting biblical principles into practice, spiritual growth is hindered. Application of God’s Word transforms us and deepens our walk with Him.

5. Living in Sin

Unconfessed sin can block spiritual growth. Psalm 66:18 says, “If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened.” When a Christian chooses to live in habitual sin without repentance, their relationship with God becomes strained, and their spiritual growth is stunted. Repentance and living in obedience to God’s Word are key to spiritual growth.

6. Lack of Serving Others

Jesus calls His followers to be servants (Mark 9:35). Spiritual growth thrives when we step out of our comfort zones to serve others, whether through ministry, acts of kindness, or meeting the needs of others. Serving aligns our hearts with God’s will and helps develop spiritual maturity. Without serving, Christians may become spiritually stagnant.

7. Distractions from the World

The cares of this world can easily choke out spiritual growth. Matthew 13:22 warns that the deceitfulness of wealth and the worries of life can make the Word unfruitful. When Christians focus too much on worldly pursuits, whether wealth, career, or entertainment, their relationship with God can become secondary, and growth is hindered.

Conclusion:

To grow spiritually, Christians need to be intentional in their walk with Christ—engaging with the Word of God, praying, serving others, and living in obedience to Him. Spiritual growth requires a commitment to putting God first in all areas of life, regularly examining one’s faith, and relying on the Holy Spirit for transformation.

The Seven Capital Sins and the Seven Heavenly Virtues

The Seven Capital (or Deadly) Sins are inner tendencies that pull the heart away from God and distort our love for others. They are called capital because they give birth to many other sins, shaping attitudes and actions that separate us from holiness.

The Seven Capital Sins
Pride — placing oneself above God
Greed — an excessive craving for wealth or possessions
Lust — a disordered desire for pleasure
Envy — sorrow or resentment at another’s blessings
Gluttony — overindulgence beyond what is needed
Wrath — uncontrolled anger that turns into hatred
Sloth — spiritual apathy and neglect of God

In contrast, the Seven Heavenly Virtues are holy habits formed through God’s grace. They restore what sin damages and direct the soul toward a life of love, balance, and faithfulness.

The Seven Heavenly Virtues
Humility — acknowledging our dependence on God
Generosity — giving freely and joyfully
Chastity — loving with purity and self-control
Kindness — delighting in the good of others
Temperance — practicing moderation in all things
Patience — bearing trials with love and trust
Diligence — faithful perseverance in prayer and duty

Sin wounds the heart, but virtue restores it.
Through God’s grace, every vice can be healed by its opposing virtue.

The true mission of the Church has never been about buildings, programs, or popularity. It has always been about people. Jesus gave us a clear mandate: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19 Fulfillment is Acts 2:38). The main business of the Church is to win souls and make disciples—bringing people from darkness into light, from confusion into truth, and from brokenness into healing through Christ.
Winning souls is not just about filling seats; it is about transforming hearts. It is about sharing the Gospel with love, compassion, and boldness, reaching those who are lost, hurting, and searching for hope. And making disciples is not a one-time event; it is a lifelong journey of teaching, mentoring, and helping believers grow into mature followers of Jesus who live out His Word daily.
The Church exists to extend God’s Kingdom, to equip the saints, and to multiply leaders who will carry the message of salvation to the next generation. When we focus on souls, we fulfill our divine purpose. When we make disciples, we ensure that the faith continues to grow and impact the world.
Let us return to the heart of the Gospel. Let us prioritize what heaven prioritizes. Let us be a Church that reaches out, builds up, and sends forth. Because the main business of the Church is — and will always be — to win souls and make disciples. 🙏✨
