Kung gusto mong magustuhan ka ng lahatโ€ฆ huwag kang mamuno.

Kasi ang tunay na lider, minsan kailangang magdesisyon na hindi gusto ng iba.

Kailangan mong magsabi ng โ€œhindiโ€kahit lahat ay gustong marinig ay "oo.โ€

โ€œAm I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? โ€ฆ If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.โ€
Galatians 1:10

Kailangan mong itama ang isang tao kahit ayos naman ang ginagawa niya dahil alam mong kaya pa niyang mas magaling.

Kailangan mong magpanatili ng mga batas at pamantayan, kahit sabihin ng iba na ikaw ay masungit, maarte, o walang puso.

May mga hindi makakaintindi sa'yo.
May mga magagalit.
May mga magku-kwento sa likod mo.
Minsan, mararamdaman mong mag-isa ka. Parang wala kang kakampi.

Ito ay tungkol sa katapatan.
Tungkol sa pagiging tapat sa sarili mong paniniwala, kahit magbago pa ang damdamin ng ibang tao.
