"I have commanded you, 'be strong and courageous! Don't tremble or be terrified, because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.' "

This verse was spoken to Joshua as he prepared to lead the Israelites into the Promised Land—a task that surely felt overwhelming.
In our own lives, we also face moments of uncertainty, fear, and responsibility. Just like Joshua, we may feel inadequate or unsure about the path ahead. Yet God’s message remains the same: do not be afraid. Courage does not come from our own strength but from the assurance that God is with us.
This verse invites us to trust God in every step we take. Whether we are facing challenges in family life, work, ministry, or personal struggles, we can move forward with confidence because God’s presence goes with us.
When we remember that we are not alone, fear loses its power and faith grows stronger.
Joshua 1:9 encourages us to live boldly, trust deeply, and walk faithfully, knowing that wherever life leads us, God walks there with us.
