To (a) send tentmaker missioners (lay or clergy) to various mission points worldwide for expanding evangelization; (b) organize OFWs abroad as faith communities or covenant groups (as UMC local/mission churches or as organized groups being supported by the UMC Mission Ministries), and (c) provide equipping, discipleship, pastoral care and other ministry supports to OFWs and their family members in the Philippines.
