LOOK | The Easter Sunday celebration started with the Sugat at our parish St. James the Apostle Parish of Molugan.

Sugat (or Salubong/Encuentro) is a traditional Filipino pre-dawn procession on Easter Sunday that reenacts the meeting of the Risen Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary. It signifies the end of Mary's mourning and the celebration of the Resurrection.

Ika-tulong adlaw sa Semana Santa, Miyerkules Santo, gihimo ang Estasyon sa Krus gikan sa Parokya ni Senyor Santiago Apostol sa Molugan padulong ngadtu sa Brgy. Amoros, Lahos sa Brgy. Sambulawan, ug gihimo ang Santos nga Misa sa Kapilya sa Sala, sitio sa Brgy. Sambulawan.

Kristo, kaloy-i kami. Kami nga nagdangop Kanimo. Kami nga nag-uban sa Imong panaw. Kami nga naningkamot sa pagsunod sa Imong dalan. Kami nga naghulat ug nagaandam sa among kaugalingon sa pagpangayo og pasaylo ug panalangin gikan Kanimo. Amen.
