One year ago, the 33๐’“๐’… ๐‘ณ๐’๐’„๐’‚๐’ ๐‘พ๐’๐’“๐’๐’… ๐’€๐’๐’–๐’•๐’‰ ๐‘ซ๐’‚๐’š gathered young people in a spirit of prayer, fellowship, and mission. It reminded us of our calling as young servantsโ€”to carry hope and to share Christโ€™s light with the world.

Today, we look back and celebrate the inspiring stories and heartfelt reflections of our devoted pilgrims under the ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ฆ๐˜. ๐—”๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—–๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—น, coming from the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Sta. Ana, St. John the Baptist Parish, San Vicente Ferrer Parish, Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish, and St. Francis of Assisi Parish. They were among the thousands who took part in this meaningful celebration of faith.

As they return to their communities, each pilgrim carries with them the flame of hopeโ€”becoming radiant witnesses of Christ and agents of hope for others. May this Jubilee Year, through these beautiful and meaningful experiences, touch the lives of every youth, giving them the motivation to serve and to be actively involved in the parish, so that we may continue this journey together as pilgrims of hope.

โ€œWhen one part of the Body suffers, we all suffer with it.โ€ (cf. 1 Cor. 12:26)

Our brothers and sisters in the Parishes (Bogo City, San Remigio, Medellin, Tabogon, and Daanbantayan) are in great need after the recent calamity. Many of them are longing for clean water, ready-to-eat food, mats, and other essentials just to get through each day.

As the Vicariate of St. Anne Youth Coordinating Council, we are reaching out to your generous hearts. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š Every small act of kindness can bring comfort, hope, and healing.

๐Ÿ“ Donations can be dropped at any parish in Barili and Dumanjug.

Vicariate of St. Anne Youth Coordinating Council joins ! ๐ŸŒŸ

Last July 5โ€“6, 2025, the Vicariate of St. Anne Youth Coordinating Council actively participated in the Jubilee of the Youth (JOY25) held at Toledo Sports Center, Toledo City, Cebu.

Led by Ms. Jamelle Camus, the vicariate was proudly represented by five vibrant parishes: โœจ St. Francis of Assisi Parish - Dumanjug
โœจ Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish - Bulak
โœจ Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Sta. Ana - Barili
โœจ San Isidro Labrador Parish - Mantalongon
โœจ San Vicente Ferrer Parish - Bitoon

One of the event highlights was the State of the Council Address delivered by Tito Linao, COY Youth Coordinator, following the Archdiocesan Conference for Youth Ministers.

WHAT AND HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE TO THE CONCLAVE? | As the Conclave draws near, most of us, faithful, may be wondering what and how we can contribute as mere spectators while the cardinal-electors gather in joint solitude to choose the next successor of St. Peter.

The Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines enjoins us to pray for the Cardinal Electors. Archbishop Charles Brown reminds all of us that the Holy Spirit has already chosen the next pope. It is our responsibility as Christians to pray that the Cardinal-Electors will manifest the will of the Holy Spirit.

Even as we patiently await the white smoke to billow from the chimney of the Sistine Chapel, we are blessed enough to be granted an opportunity to offer the greatest gift that the Church thirsts for at this time โ€” our humblest and most genuine prayers.

Anchoring on the words of the late Pope Francis, Theology professor Fr. Sylvain Detoc, OP took to Vatican News to deliver the Cardinalsโ€™ request for prayers from the universal Church as it is through this basic unit of communication with God that we โ€œreceive the will of the Holy Spirit for the Church.โ€

In fervent prayers rooted in the Holy Spirit, the Church becomes one and in this crucial time during the Jubilee Year of Hope, we are called to embody the spirit of hope as we pray for our brothers in Christ. Although the Conclave might seem like a separate congregation as the Sistine Chapel closes its doors to the world, as spectators, the faithful are encouraged to pray for the future of the Church, in patience and humility, so that the cardinal-electors open their hearts to the work of the Holy Spirit, leading them to choose the new shepherd that God has entrusted to lead His flock.

๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š| Today, March 1, 2025, the Vicariate meeting hosted by ๐’๐š๐ง ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž ๐…๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐ซ-๐๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐จ๐ง was a time of unity, faith, and planning for the future! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ We were joined by the Vicariate officers, PYCC officers, and representatives from our six parishes: ๐๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข, ๐๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ค, ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ , ๐†๐ข๐ฅ๐จ๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ , ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ง.

The meeting covered several important topics, including the upcoming โ€˜๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐š ๐๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ค๐ฒ๐šโ€™ from March to April, as well as the preparations for a spiritually enriching Holy Week for all parishes. ๐ŸŒฟ However, the most exciting part of todayโ€™s meeting was the planning for the upcoming big event, probably will happen in the month of June or in the month of July!๐ŸŽ‰ Itโ€™s an event that promises to bring our young people together in faith, fellowship, and fun!

We look forward to these meaningful events and a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their dedication and commitment, especially to the host parish for their generous hospitality and warm welcome!
