1.Deal with a selfish heart
*Generosity is the enemy of selfishness
*Generosity-giving something without expecting in return

*I will rebuke the devourer. - God's promise when you give all your time, talent and treasure to God's work
*Deal with the selfish heart-For where your treasure is, there your heart be also
*We are born selfish but when we are born again, we become generous
*When we are selfish, we are robbing God's opportunity to bless us
*You cannot be my disciple unless I am number one to you. - God
2. Deal with a grieving heart

*We always think we can't go to church because we thought it's our day and not the Lord's.
3.Develop a generous heart

*Before, we are slaves but we are redeemed by God.
