YIELD Generation Young Inspired and Empowered Leaders for Development (YIELD)

In 2001, Freddie Fabillar created the first LCP Youth Organization through the implementation of interpersonal training, community outreach, and bible studies for sponsored high school and college students. In 2008, Freddie's brother Elmer created the organization's annual Summer Venture program for development and peer education. In 2014, youth leaders and current youth coordinator Gerwin Dales a

dopted the name YIELD (Young Inspired and Empowered Leaders for Development) to promote the organization's mission of creating empowered community leaders. Today, YIELD Generation trains young leaders through annual events and weekly activities for sponsored youth from fourteen Dumaguete communities.
