Saint Ezequiél Moreno y Díaz (1848–1906) was a Spanish Augustinian Recollect missionary, bishop, and the patron saint of cancer patients. He spent 15 formative years serving the poor and sick in the Philippines before leading a diocese in Colombia through civil war, ultimately facing his own painful death from cancer with profound faith.
