Diocesan Electoral Board - Diocese of Dumaguete Vision
We are committed volunteers empowering communities to actively participate in the socio-political affairs of the country.

The Diocesan Electoral Board (DEB) composes the following COMELEC, NAMFREL, PPC-RV, KBP, AFP, PNP, DepED, NORECO, NOCCI, Social Action Center, NegOrNet, Commission on Youth, and the Basic Ecclesial Community. The DEB encourages the citizenry to take active part in this election, as voters and as volunteers, to safeguard the sanctity of the ballot. The DEB calls on every responsible citizen to adopt the PPCRV acronym for this election that it should be a Clean, Honest, Accurate, Meaningful and Peaceful (CHAMP) elections.

AS PPCRV VISAYAS COORDINATOR
I had the opportunity to meet the COMELEC Chairman Atty. George Erwin M. Garcia and the COMELEC Commissioners today.

We discussed collaboration activities in preparation for and during elections.
Specifically, we discussed BSKE 2026 and the 2028 National and Local Elections.
Chairman Garcia emphasized EARLY PREPARATION for both to ensure free, honest, peaceful, and credible elections.

As PPCRV Visayas Coordinator, I am hoping to collaborate with the Regional Election Directors of Regions 6, 7, and 8 to align PPCRV programs for BSKE 2026 and cascade preparations for NLE 2028 across the Visayas.
