“Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth…”
Ephesians 16:14a

The Belt of Truth is more than knowing God’s Word — it is choosing to live in honesty, sincerity, integrity, and obedience every single day. Just as a Roman soldier’s belt held everything together and prepared him for battle, truth is what keeps our spiritual life firm and grounded. ✨

Every day, we are faced with choices, distractions, compromises, and silent battles that test our faith, integrity, and commitment to God. That is why He calls us to tighten the loose ends in our lives and stand firm in Him. Because spiritual battles are not won by appearance, but by a life genuinely surrendered to God.

May we not live a double life or a comfortable faith that only shows on Sundays, but a faith that is lived daily — in private and in public.

Not every battle in life is meant to be fought with anger, pride, or even our own strength. Sometimes, we become so focused on people and situations that we forget there is a deeper spiritual battle happening within and around us.

Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood.

The enemy is not always the person who hurt us, disappointed us, misunderstood us, or challenged us. Sometimes the real battle is against fear, temptation, bitterness, insecurity, discouragement, pride, and everything that slowly pulls us away from God.

As Christians, we are called not just to react emotionally or depend on ourselves, but to stand firm in God’s strength, guard our minds daily, and put on the full armor of God. 🤍⚔️

May we stop fighting the wrong battles and to remain faithful, grounded, and dependent on God no matter what season we are in. 🙏

Sometimes, we wear busyness like a badge of honor — always running, always producing, always trying to keep up. But maybe God never designed us to live exhausted.

“Then Jesus said to them, ‘The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.’” — Mark 2:27

The Sabbath was never meant to be a burden, but a gift. A reminder that our worth is not found in how much we accomplish, but in Who we belong to. Rest is not laziness. Rest is worship. Rest is trust.

And maybe true rest is not simply taking a day off, but learning to slow down enough to be with God again — to let Him restore what constant striving has drained.

Jesus didn’t just teach about rest; He became our rest. 🤍

There are moments when we feel like the “lost one”—distant, undeserving, or unsure if we can still find our way back. But this reminds us of something powerful: God doesn’t wait from afar—He searches, He pursues, and He carries us home.

In Luke 15:1-7, Jesus didn’t avoid broken people. He welcomed them. While others saw flaws, He saw someone worth loving and restoring. And even more humbling—He rejoices when one heart turns back to Him.

Maybe today you feel lost, or maybe you’re one of the “ninety-nine.” Either way, the call is the same: receive His grace, and reflect His heart. Seek, love, and walk with others the same way He does with us.

Because in God’s eyes, no one is ever too far gone. 🤍

Many Christians admire Jesus yet live differently from Him. We want His peace, power, and effectiveness—but often ignore His way of life. If we truly want to follow Him, we must not only admire His works; we must adopt His way.

In Mark 1:35–39 (NKJV), Jesus rises early, goes to a solitary place, and prays. When the disciples find Him, they say, “Everyone is looking for You.” Yet instead of staying where He is popular, Jesus chooses to move on and continue preaching—because He is guided by His mission, not by people’s expectations.

This shows that Jesus prioritized communion with the Father. Sometimes, it’s not that God isn’t speaking—it’s that our lives are too noisy. And often, when we choose prayer and solitude, pressure follows. Success creates expectations, and even good ministry can bring demands.

But like Jesus, we must be guided by mission, not popularity. We are called to proclaim God’s Word—the gospel. After all, Christianity spreads through proclamation.

The power of Jesus’ public ministry flowed from His private prayer life. May it be the same for us. ❤️‍🔥

𝗛𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗻!

Hope is alive because Jesus is alive. Our Savior did not remain in the grave—He conquered sin, death, and hell so that we may have eternal life.

In Luke 24:1–12, Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and others came to the tomb expecting death—but found it empty. As they stood there puzzled, two men suddenly appeared to them, clothed in dazzling robes. The women were terrified and bowed with their faces to the ground. Then the men asked, “Why are you looking among the dead for someone who is alive? He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead!”

The empty tomb is more than a moment in history—it is a promise. Death is not the end, and neither is your story. There is a way out of darkness, out of despair, out of whatever holds you captive—because the grave could not hold Him.

Resurrection brings restoration.
Jesus lived the life we could not live.
He died the death we deserved.
He was buried, proving He truly died—
and He rose again, proving that hope will always have the final word.

Enemies of the Heart Series: Greed

In a world that tells us “more is better,” it’s easy to believe that having more means living more. But often, it quietly plants greed in our hearts—whispering, “I owe myself” or “what’s mine is mine because I earned it.” But is that really true?

Jesus lovingly reminds us in Luke 12:15: “Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own.” The truth is, the best things in life can never be counted or stored.

So how do we overcome greed? We choose generosity. We live with grateful hearts, recognizing that everything we have comes from God. And in return, we use it—not just for ourselves—but for the good of others and for His glory.

Because in the end, a life rich in God will always be far greater than a life full of possessions.

While we live here on earth, we all face battles—some silent, others loud. No one is exempt. But these battles are not just meant to be faced… they are meant to be faced with faith.

In the Bible, Jonathan chose courage over fear. Though he and his armor-bearer seemed outmatched, and even mocked by their enemies, he stepped forward in faith (1 Samuel 14:1–23). He didn’t wait for perfect conditions—he moved, trusting in who God is.

Faith is taking the first step even when the odds feel overwhelming. Jonathan trusted God more than what he saw—and that faith didn’t just strengthen him, it inspired courage in the one beside him.

May we fight our battles the same way—with bold faith, steady trust, and the confidence that God goes before us.

Enemies of the Heart Series: Anger

When we don’t get something we want—or feel we deserve—anger rises within us. Anger whispers, “You owe me.”

It’s easy to believe that the only cure for anger is payback. But the Bible reminds us in Ephesians 4:31–32 to put away bitterness and anger, and instead be kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving—just as God in Christ forgave us.

If we have truly received God’s mercy and forgiveness, we know we didn’t earn it. And because we have been forgiven, we are also called to forgive.

If we refuse to forgive, we must ask ourselves:
How long will we allow people who are no longer in our lives—or even on this earth—to continue controlling our hearts?

Our dear sister in Christ, Aya, has gone home to heaven. 🤍

A wife, a mother, a daughter, a friend—but most of all, a child of God. While our hearts are heavy with grief, we hold on to the hope and comfort that she is now in heaven, in the presence of the Savior she accepted and loved.

Thank you, Aya, for the love you shared, the memories you left, and the lives you touched through your life and ministry.

This is not goodbye—it’s “see you again.” 💖
