𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁Workshop | Prosperity - October 24, 2025

DUMAGUETE CITY, October 24, 2025 — The Student Workshop titled “Prosper” had happened this Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Dumaguete South Central Seventh-day Adventist Church, bringing together students and young professionals for an evening of faith, reflection, and personal growth.

Guest speaker 𝗗𝗿. 𝗧𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗮 delivers an uplifting and thought-provoking message centered on redefining the concept of prosperity. She reminds the audience that genuine success is not determined by material possessions but by one’s spiritual connection with God.

“True prosperity isn’t about possessions; it’s about having the presence of God in our lives,”
Dr. Gabuya shares, emphasizing that the presence of God is the foundation of lasting fulfillment and purpose.

The workshop encourages participants to pursue a life guided by faith, integrity, and compassion. It aims to help young people understand that real achievement flows from a heart aligned with God’s will and a desire to serve others selflessly.

Organized under the Public Campus Ministries (PCM) Dumaguete Chapter initiative, the event provides students with opportunities for learning, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. It reflects the church’s continuing commitment to empowering youth to live out Christian values in their studies, careers, and daily lives.

The “Prosper” Student Workshop concludes with a spirit of gratitude and renewed faith, inspiring attendees to carry the message of true prosperity—one that is grounded in God’s presence and reflected through service and humility.

Truly, you have led not just with skill but with hearts anchored in Christ.

As the Apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 15:58, ‘Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.’
Your labor has not been in vain—it has touched lives, planted seeds of faith, and inspired others to serve wholeheartedly.
