DON’T LEAVE THE KINGDOM AT CHURCH

Sunday worship is not where Kingdom living ends. It is where we are reminded of who we belong to.

We don’t leave the Kingdom at church.

Instead, we carry the Kingdom with us:
into our homes,
into our workplaces,
into our relationships,
into our families,
into our ordinary days.

When someone hurts us, carry the Kingdom.

When someone disagrees with us, carry the Kingdom.

When someone is struggling, carry the Kingdom.

When someone needs encouragement, carry the Kingdom.

At times, we need not preach sermons because the most powerful sermon can be through the way we live.

Let there be less criticism and more encouragement that passes our lips.

Less pride and more humility in our ways.

More forgiveness.
More compassion.
More grace.

May the people we meet experience genuine love and the grace of Jesus through us.

Heaven is our Destination; Kingdom Living is our Assignment.

Lord "Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven". Matthew 6:10

Heaven is our destination and Jesus is our source.

We know where the story ends: Heaven is real and it is our hope. Jesus is coming again. There will be no more death, mourning, crying, nor pain.

But while we are still here—in the middle of the story—God has given us an assignment.

Kingdom living is our assignment: we are called to represent the King.

Kingdom living means mirroring the character of Jesus wherever God has placed us: be it at home, in our workplaces, businesses, relationships, and even in difficult situations.

God's children are to reflect the character and values of Christ so that goodness may inspire others to know more of The Lord.

Hence, while we wait for heaven, we are called to live heaven’s values.

We are no perfect beings, yes, but may those we encounter in our day-to-day life see grace and genuine love through our words, actions, and kindness.

God's power never fails.
The other Sunday, lights completely went out in the middle of the worship service, yet the singing of praise only grew stronger.

Life, too, will hit us with unexpected dark moments, but that will be your signal to keep singing songs of worship and believing in God the Most High. Darkness has absolutely nothing on a heart full of praise!

The Special Night Watch on September 4 (Friday) is unforgettable.

It was charged with beautiful stories. ‎The village gathered together, sang worship songs, shared testimonies, and prayed for the Philippines, Bread of Life, and for one another.
‎
‎Ate Jan shared about her three near-death experiences, which has given her an overwhelming sense of peace. Through those experiences, she lost her fear of death and has become even more deeply dependent on God. Her testimony is a powerful reminder of God’s presence and faithfulness, especially in the most difficult moments.
‎
‎Ate Joy also shared her miraculous testimony from the Lord concerning her son, reminding us once again that God is constant and relentless in His work and in answering prayers.
‎
‎That is truly a night to remember. One that breathed and echoed worship, testimonies, prayer, and the beautiful presence of God.

Something is deeply broken in our world. From global turmoil to local struggles, poverty, and injustice. Clearly, human systems fall short.
Jesus, however, didn't give us the Lord’s Prayer so we merely memorize it. Instead, it is given so we can align our priorities with His.

Jesus has taught us to pray: Lord, may "Your Kingdom come, Your will be done". This is actually an invitation so we pray for God's perfect government: pray for His justice, His grace, and His healing to reign over the earth and our lives.

Real prayer is not just uttering repeated lines and words. Real prayer takes time and effort to be near the Father, with childlike trust and to declare that His reign is our only hope.

N.T. Wright points out that "When Jesus taught his followers to pray this prayer, he was teaching them to long for God to put the whole world right."

Today, let’s pray with purpose: Lord, may Your Kingdom come, may Your will be done.

Message of Kuya Rene Armogenia on Sept 1, 2026

Statistics say that what people fear most is public speaking. The second is the fear of death so be sure your name is in the book of life.

Born once, die twice; born twice (physical & spiritual), die once. Luke 16: 19

There is nothing good in hell. There, one is consumed by loneliness and excruciating heat. There, one will have eternal separation from God. Know your enemy. If you know your enemy then you have won half the battle.

In Jesus Christ, we are more than conquerors. Hence, we must read God's manual. Let's not take our lives for granted.

As believers, Jesus will announce our names before the world as His children. We can face tomorrow because He is already in heaven. Christ has risen from the dead so we do not fear death.

We do not know how our lives will end; but believe that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Be sure that you and your family belong to God.

No more tears, no more sorrow, no more pain. Death is defeated.

Jesus reigns.

Continuing the Legacy Worthy of Carrying Forward

What a beautiful moment of celebration of love, gratitude, laughter, tears of joy, and of serving and building more memories for the glory of God!

By honoring those who have faithfully served before us, we are reminded that today, we are enjoying what our senior elders have faithfully planted yesterday.

Their years of service has given us a strong foundation. Now, it is our turn to faithfully continue the work.

May we never merely enjoy the fruits of their labor. Instead, may we wholeheartedly be willing to sacrifice, love, and serve God as we grow in Christ to be good stewards who unceasingly prepare and build the generations that will come after us.

May we carry the Gospel forward with genuine love for God and His people, and may our lives become a legacy of faithfulness for the next generation.

From one generation to the next, we pray that the work may continue—and may God receive all the glory.

Honoring the Builders: A Celebration of Gratitude and Legacy

On August 31 we had the beautiful privilege of honoring the faithful servants of Bread of Life Turning Point. These are the senior elders of the church—the men and women who have spent decades loving, serving, praying, giving, and sacrificing for God and His people.

Through their faithfulness and labor of love, they have become a strong foundation of our church family. Much of what we experience and enjoy today are fruits of the seeds that they have faithfully planted.

Their prayers, sacrifices, and commitment have helped build a church where generations after them can grow, serve, and call home.

We are standing on the foundation that they have helped build.

To our beloved faithful servants of The Lord, thank you for loving this church and faithfully serving through the years. Your lives remind us that faithfulness leaves a legacy.

We honor you, we celebrate you, and we thank God for your lives.
