Today, as a church family, we thank God for the life, faithfulness, and ministry of our pastor, Pastor Jimmy Lopez. ❤️
The Bible commands us to highly esteem those who faithfully labor among us and to give honor where honor is due. We are grateful for Pastor Jimmy’s love, prayers, service, and dedication to the work of the Lord. We believe that when a church honors and supports the God-given leadership He has placed over them, it brings glory to God and opens the way for His blessings upon the church.
“And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:12–13 (KJV)
We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Pastor Al Vergara and his family for being with us and for the encouragement we received through the preaching of God’s Word. Thank you for allowing God to use you to challenge, encourage, and strengthen our church family. May the Lord continue to bless your ministry and your family.
To all our church members, friends, and everyone who supported this special occasion, thank you for your prayers, time, effort, generosity, and love. Your support helped make this Pastor’s Appreciation Sunday a meaningful and successful celebration.
Most of all, to God be all the glory! May we continue to pray for our pastor, encourage him, stand with him, and faithfully serve the Lord together as one church family.
