On February 24, 2022, the Ordinary Custodial Chapter of the Conventual Franciscans in the Philippines elected the Rector of St. Maximilian Seminary, Fra. Emmanuel Giva, OFM Conv, as the new Provincial Custos of the Custody.

The St. Maximinilian Seminary Junior Friars congratulates Fr. Eman at his election and assures him fraternal support and prayers for his new ministry as leader and head of the Conventual Franciscans in the Philippines.
