✨ Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit

These gifts are special graces given to make us responsive to God’s will, live holy lives, and guide others.

🔥Wisdom
Ability to see things from God’s perspective; value spiritual things over worldly ones; know God’s love and plan.

🔥 Understanding
Deep insight into the truths of faith; grasp the meaning of God’s words and mysteries clearly.

🔥 Counsel
Right judgment to choose what is good, just, and pleasing to God; know what to do in difficult situations.

🔥 Fortitude (Courage)
Strength to remain firm in faith, overcome trials, and do what is right despite fear or difficulty.

🔥 Knowledge
Recognize God’s greatness, His creation, and our place in it; understand how all things lead to God.

🔥 Piety
Loving respect, devotion, and affection toward God; treat Him as Father and others as brothers/sisters.

🔥 Fear of the Lord
Awe, reverence, and love for God; dread separating from Him; desire never to offend Him.

✅They perfect our mind and heart to follow God easily and joyfully.

Big boys do cry.

A man came to my office for counseling one day, filled with remorse for his infidelities to his wife. Faced with the possibility of losing his wife and family, he came to confession, and in tears asked the Lord to help him not to lose his precious
family. He finally admitted his sinfulness, and accepted his helplessness.

Sin makes us unhappy.

Grace makes us happy and free.

A MOMENT WITH THE LORD
Lord, heal my wounded soul with Your grace. Amen.

Panalangin sa Nobena ng Mahal na Ina ng Laging Saklolo

O Mahal na Ina ng Laging Saklolo,
narito kami sa iyong harapan upang humingi ng iyong tulong at pag-aaruga.
Ikaw ang aming Ina na laging handang dumamay sa aming mga pangangailangan.
Sa iyo kami lumalapit nang may buong pagtitiwala at pagmamahal.

Ina naming mapagmahal,
idalangin mo kami sa iyong Anak na si Hesus.
Tulungan mo kaming maging matatag sa pananampalataya,
mapagpakumbaba sa puso,
at tapat sa paggawa ng kabutihan.

Sa gitna ng aming mga pagsubok at suliranin,
maging gabay ka namin tungo sa kapayapaan at pag-asa.
Ilayo mo kami sa kapahamakan at kasalanan,
at akayin mo kami sa landas ng kabanalan.

Mahal na Ina ng Laging Saklolo,
ipinagkakatiwala namin sa iyo ang aming pamilya,
ang aming mga gawain,
at ang lahat ng aming pangangailangan.
Patuloy mo kaming kupkupin sa ilalim ng iyong mapagpalang kandili.
