One week has passed, yet our praises and gratitude to the Lord still blaze brightly. Truly, this was an answered prayer for His children who called upon His name. God used this opportunity to reach those who needed medical attention especially the elderly and sick brethren who have endured pain and lacked proper medicine.
We praise God for the love and sacrifice of our brethren from Philippine Christian University - Mary Johnston College of Nursing Alumni Association for gathering the resources needed for this ministry. We are thankful for the doctors, nurses, senior nursing students, and all the volunteers who made themselves available just to become a blessing to our community in Sapang Bulac. “God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name” (Hebrews 6:10).
Jesus always reached out His hand to the needy and to those who saw Him as their all-sufficient Savior. He lifted them up not only from their difficult situations, but ultimately to save them from their desperate and hell-bound sinful lives. May God also use us as channels of blessing, all for His glory, to love others just as we love ourselves.
