Life Principles Conference 2026

Some of our men had the privilege of joining the Life Principles Conference, hosted by our sending church, Cherith Baptist Church – Balagtas, Bulacan, and sponsored by In Touch Ministries, held on August 21–22, 2026.

We were blessed by six sessions centered on foundational truths for Christian living:

* Intimacy with God — Ptr. Melo Lumibao
* Prayer — Ptr. Joey Cosme
* Trust and Obey / Divine Provision — Ptr. Alan Ambrocio
* God’s Work — Ptr. Dhariel Agsaway
* Adversity — Ptr. Manuel Dioses

We thank the Lord for the wisdom, encouragement, and challenges received throughout the conference. May these truths not remain only in our minds, but be lived out in our walk with God, our families, our church, and our service to Him.

What a blessed Sunday morning in the presence of the Lord! 🙏

Our Pastor shared a powerful message from Hebrews 11:8–10 (KJV), focusing on the faith and obedience of Abraham.

Abraham obeyed God’s call even though he did not know where he was going. By faith, he stepped out, trusting in God’s promise and looking beyond what he could see.

“By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.” — Hebrews 11:8 (KJV)

Abraham’s faith was demonstrated through his obedience. He trusted God’s direction, lived as a pilgrim in the land of promise, and looked for a city whose builder and maker is God.

To God be all the glory! 🙌

Sunday Morning Worship Service Highlights 🙏

Even though the weather was not favorable, the church gathered together to worship, hear God’s Word, and honor the Lord. 🌧️🙏

This Sunday, Ptr. Dhariel shared a powerful message from the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14–30), reminding us of the reality that Jesus will return.

When Jesus returns, the question is not simply, “How much have you accomplished?” or “How do you compare with others?”

The question is:

“Have you been a good and faithful steward of what God has entrusted to you?”

It’s not about having more than someone else.
It’s not about competing with another person’s calling.
It’s about faithfulness.

May we remain faithful with whatever God has placed in our hands, regardless of the circumstances, until the day our Master returns. 🤍

After the service, we also enjoyed a meaningful time of fellowship as a church family. What a blessing to worship, grow, and share life together!

SUNDAY DAWN WATCH DEVOTION & PRAYER

Despite the rainy weather, our Youth continued to gather for Sunday Dawn Watch Devotion and Prayer. The rain may have been pouring, but it could never stop hearts that are determined to seek the Lord. 🙌

This morning, Bro. Argel shared a powerful reminder: “Your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

📖 1 Corinthians 15:58 (KJV)

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

Let us remain stedfast and unmoveable, continuing to pray, serve, and seek the Lord regardless of the circumstances.

🌧️ The rain did not stop us.
🙏 The early morning did not stop us.
🔥 And nothing should stop us from seeking God.

Keep going, Youth! Your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

MIDWEEK SERVICE & PRAYER MEETING
August 5, 2026 | 5:00PM

After our prayer time, Pastor Dhariel shared a biblical lesson on the Assurance of Salvation.

We were reminded that a true believer cannot lose salvation because salvation is the sovereign work of God from beginning to end. Those whom God saves, He also keeps by His grace.

This assurance, however, is not a license to sin. Genuine saving faith produces repentance, obedience, and a life that increasingly reflects Christ.

Those who are truly saved will persevere in holiness because God continues His sanctifying work in them.

“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means!” — Romans 6:1–2

Life Principle #30: “An eager anticipation of the Lord’s return keeps us living productively.”

Ang pananabik sa muling pagbabalik ng Panginoon ay nagbibigay sa atin ng layunin sa bawat araw. Kapag alam nating anumang oras ay maaaring dumating si Cristo, mas pinipili nating mamuhay nang may kabanalan, katapatan, at kasipagan sa paglilingkod. Ang pag-asang ito ay hindi dahilan upang maging kampante, kundi upang maging mas masigasig sa paggawa ng kalooban ng Diyos habang may pagkakataon.

Live each day with eternity in view. Be faithful, be watchful, and be busy serving the Lord until He comes. 🙏✨

✨ Joint Youth Fellowship ✨

What a blessed and unforgettable day as the youth of Cherith DRT traveled to Bocaue, Bulacan for a meaningful Joint Youth Fellowship with the youth of LIBC Bocaue.

The day was filled with fun, fellowship, and friendly competition through our:
🏃 Run & Walk Fellowship
🏀 Basketball Fellowship
🏸 Badminton Fellowship

Most importantly, we were spiritually encouraged through the devotion shared by Pastor Marc Castro, who taught about the things every Christian needs in order to grow and mature in their faith.

Our heartfelt thanks to:
🤝 LIBC Bocaue for the warm hospitality and wonderful dinner.
🚐 Bro. Donrey for safely driving us throughout the trip.
🙏 Our Pastor for giving the youth the opportunity to experience this blessed fellowship.

We thank God for the new friendships, shared memories, and the unity we have in Christ. May we continue to grow together in faith and encourage one another to become mature followers of Christ.
