Ito'y nagsasarili at nagsisilbi sa isang layuning panlipunan at nagpapatakbo nang hiwalay sa anumang direktang kontrol ng pamahalaan. Karaniwang

SALAM POLICE ADVOCACY GROUP (SPAG)

What:
The Culminating Activity and Awarding of Personnel and Stakeholders in celebration of the 31st Police Community Relations Month (PCRM) was conducted to recognize the valuable contributions and support of police personnel, stakeholders, and community partners in strengthening police-community relations. The activity also served as an opportunity to promote unity, cooperation, and partnership between the police and the community.

When:
The event was held on July 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Where:
The culminating activity took place at the Conference Room, Camp Lt. Deogracias G. Hamac, Sicayab, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

Who:
The participants included police personnel, stakeholders, community partners, and invited guests who contributed to the success of police-community relations programs. The activity was also attended by representatives and members of the Salam Police Advocacy Group (SPAG) Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Chapter and other community stakeholders.

How:
The program was conducted through a culminating ceremony featuring the awarding and recognition of personnel and stakeholders for their valuable support and dedication to police-community relations. SALAM POLICE ADVOCACY GROUP (SPAG)

What:
The Oath-Taking Ceremony of Officers and Members of SPAG Zamboanga Chapter was conducted to formally induct the newly elected officers and recognize the members of the organization. The program included messages from invited guests, the oath-taking proper, and words of encouragement and support from community leaders and police officials.

When:
The event was held on May 16, 2026.
Where:
The ceremony took place in Zamboanga City.

Who:
The participants of the event were the officers and members of SPAG Zamboanga Chapter together with invited guests, barangay officials, police officers, and community leaders. Among the speakers present were Hon. Aljanan, Shk. Abdulhakim Muksin, PCPT Gemayel I. Sabuero, PCOL Fidel B. Fortaleza Jr., and the officers of the organization led by Overall President Al-Aziz H. Sahid.

How:
The program started with the singing of the national anthem and invocation, followed by welcome messages and the presentation of the significance of SPAG. The guest of honor delivered an inspirational message before the oath-taking ceremony officially inducted the officers. Afterwards, messages of encouragement, support, and closing remarks were given to inspire the members and strengthen unity within the organization.

The lecture emphasized strengthening faith (iman), increasing acts of worship such as prayer and charity, practicing sincerity, and renewing one’s commitment to obedience and righteousness. It served as a reminder of the importance of fulfilling Allah’s rights through devotion, gratitude, and moral conduct, especially as the blessed month of Ramadan approaches.

How: The event was conducted through a community lecture where Sheikh Hakim Aud Muksin delivered an inspiring talk about the rights of Allah (SWT) over His servants, emphasizing spiritual preparation, reflection, and strengthening faith in anticipation of Ramadan. The activity is the Opening of the One-Stop Shop for Frontline Government Services, initiated by the Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial Office (ZNPPO) in coordination with various national and provincial government agencies. The activity aims to bring essential government services closer to the people, particularly PNP personnel, their dependents, and residents within the police camp, in support of accessible, responsive, and people-centered public service.

After the ceremonial opening, the One-Stop Shop will operate with various government agencies providing on-site services such as medical check-ups, issuance of clearances and IDs, registration and processing of loans, distribution of agricultural assistance, and other frontline government services. This collaborative effort highlights the commitment of the PNP and partner agencies to deliver efficient and accessible services under the theme β€œSerbisyong Nararamdaman, Kapulisang Maasahan.”

SALAM POLICE ADVOCACY GROUP (SPAG)

WHAT:
The Salaam Police Advocacy recently conducted a Meet and Greet session with the National Spag President Engr. Yusof Macabada, providing members with a meaningful discussion about the mission and purpose of the organization. The session highlighted the advocacy’s commitment to promoting peace, unity, and responsible community involvement, along with a brief explanation of the basic principles of Islam. Members also received inspiring reminders from the National president on the importance of performing good deeds (ibadah) as part of their role in the community.

WHERE:
The session was held at Masjid Shabab Al Khair located in Purok San Roque, Sicayab, Dipolog City. The venue provided a peaceful and respectful environment suitable for learning, reflection, and strengthening the connection among members of the advocacy.

WHEN:
The Meet and Greet took place on June 10, 2025 (Wednesday). Members attended the event to deepen their understanding of the advocacy’s objectives and to hear important guidance directly from the National President.
