‼️STORY TIME‼️
Years ago, I have this “relative” from Visayas who often to make stopovers in our home when his family are in Mindanao. Of course, we will give up our personal airconditioned rooms for them to stay. And every time, kani siya masuko ni sya magkalat among mga alahas sa room or kanang malimtan sa banyo nga siya makasunod. He would tell me, “naa ra ba kay mga working students diri pang kuhaon na!” “Keep it!” Awwww, maka touch gyud kaayo iyang concern.
It is not every day that he is around but every time, he would be so anxious about it. Then one day, ako na pud mi adto sa ilaha. He was drunk that night and confessed, “Te the reason why mag lagot ko anang mga valuables nga mag kalat because I will be tempt to get it.” “I couldn’t help it, but it’s me ang naay problema”. 🥴
Today, the Lord told me about “discernment”. I didn’t have Jesus then, but I have Jesus now. The best thing about having a relationship with God is that you can present names to Him and He will tell you exactly what good and harm they can bring to your life. You just have to open your Bible when doing so. Mao gyud tingali failure ko sa love kay malimot ko ug present Niya pataka ra ko ug ka higugma 😂🤣.

Indeed, He will tell you the motives of people, their personal interests that somehow show care & love but it’s the other way around. Louder that it’s impossible for you to not hear.
Personal interest can kill.
Friendships, relationships, love & more. It can destroy your peace. Guard your heart, for the devil is working triple time to steal, kill & destroy.

The devil will lay all the beautiful winning cards and will leave you with the circumstance. They said money is the root of all evil. No, our reaction towards money, material things, ambition that are not fitting to our lifestyle are the roots of all evil.
Be happy for others, I mean - be genuinely happy for them. Stop sabotaging others’ happiness just because you are miserable. Who does that? Why can’t you take the reality that we are completely different but uniquely blessed?
Bottom line is- some think they can destroy a praying person. But you can’t, yes the weapons will be formed but hellooooo - it will never, ever prosper!! ☝️🙌🤷♀️
