His remains will be brought to The Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Cubao at 7:00 o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, where a Mass will be celebrated.

The wake will be at the Arlington Memorial Chapels (12 G. Araneta Avenue, Quezon City) starting Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 3, 2:00 pm, at The Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Cubao.

Final details about the interment will be announced later.

We thank the Lord for the gift of his life, the priesthood, and his service to the God and His people.

We ask the faithful to pray for the eternal repose of his soul, and to remember in prayer his family, brother priests, friends, parish communities, and all who grieve his loss.

May the Lord, who called him to serve Him as a priest now welcome him into His eternal kingdom and grant him the reward of his faithful ministry.

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of REV. FR. MICHAEL JAMES I. TY, a priest of the Diocese of Cubao, who passed away today, September 11, 2026, at the age of 54.

As we grieve his passing, we entrust our brother priest to the merciful love of God, who called him to serve His Church through the sacred priesthood. We invite the clergy and faithful of the Diocese to unite in prayer for the repose of his soul, and to commend him to the Lord, that he may be welcomed into the fullness of eternal life.

The details of the wake, funeral rites, and burial will be announced as soon as they are finalized.

May the Lord grant him eternal rest, and may perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.

Buong pasasalamat at kagalakan nating ipinagdiriwang ang ika-11 anibersaryo ng pagkapari ni Rev. Fr. Robert Leus, CJM. Sa loob ng labing-isang taon, naging saksi tayo sa kanyang tapat na paglilingkod, malasakit, at patuloy na pagtugon sa tawag ng Diyos.

Nawa’y patuloy siyang pagkalooban ng Panginoon ng lakas, karunungan, at pusong laging handang maglingkod sa Kanyang bayan. Nawa’y patuloy din siyang gabayan at ingatan sa kanyang bokasyon at ministeryo.
