Another beautiful Sunday in the house of the Lord! 🙌🤍

Yesterday was a special Holy Communion Sunday, as we gathered together for worship, fellowship, and a time of remembering what Christ has done for us. 🕊️🍞🍷

Through 𝗣𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝟲𝟯:𝟭–𝟴, we were reminded of what it means to truly pursue God—to desire His presence, seek Him wholeheartedly, and cultivate a deeper intimacy with Him.

Just as David longed for God in a dry and weary land, may our souls continually hunger and thirst for the Lord. May we learn to seek Him not only when we need something, but because He Himself is our greatest treasure. 🤍

As we shared in Communion, may we never lose sight of the cross and the incredible love and grace we have received through Jesus. May our pursuit of God become more intentional, our worship more genuine, and our walk with Him deeper each day.

A soul that has tasted the goodness of God will always long for more of Him. ❤️‍🔥

Across nations and generations, the people of God are called to pray.

On 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, believers around the world will unite in prayer for the peace of Jerusalem.

Let us lift our voices in prayer—for peace, reconciliation, healing, protection, and hope for Jerusalem and for all people and communities affected by conflict.

In the driest seasons of life, when the soul feels weary, empty, and desperate for something more, there is One who can truly satisfy.

𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐭: “𝐎 𝐆𝐨𝐝, 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐝; 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐈 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮.” — 𝐏𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝟔𝟑:𝟏

We often easily recognize God’s hand in our victories than in the trenches. How easy it is to forget about God’s faithfulness when we are surrounded by the blows of life’s lows. 🚧

It is hardest to understand God’s plan in spaces of suffering, waiting, or uncertainty. In these seasons, we can look to Joseph, who endured betrayal, injustice, and years of waiting, yet continued to trust that God was at work even when he had every reason to lose hope.

Joseph’s story reminds us that God’s providence is not limited to our victories. Even in painful and difficult circumstances, God can work out His purposes for good.

📖𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝟓𝟎:𝟐𝟎 ~ “𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐦𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬.”

We may not always understand what God is doing and not every season will be easy, but we can remain confident in who He is – Sovereign, Faithful, and Good. No hardship is beyond His ability to redeem and use for His glory.⭐

May we all learn to trust God not only when the path is clear, but also when we find ourselves in the middle of the storm where we can’t see the horizon. Let us put our hope anchored in God’s unchanging character and infinite wisdom knowing that even when we cannot see the way forward, we are always held in His providential care.💖

And when we reach the other side of the tunnel, we will see more clearly how God carried us through and how He worked all things together for good according to His perfect purpose.🙏

Our hope is not anchored in our present circumstances, but in the promises of God.💖

As Joseph neared the end of his life, he reminded his brothers of God’s promise to bring them into the land He had sworn to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. His confidence was not in what he could see, but in the faithfulness of God.

𝚃𝚁𝚄𝚂𝚃𝙸𝙽𝙶 𝙶𝙾𝙳’𝚂 𝙿𝚁𝙾𝚅𝙸𝙳𝙴𝙽𝙲𝙴
📖 𝙶𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚒𝚜 𝟻𝟶:𝟷𝟻–𝟸𝟼
𝚁𝚎𝚟. 𝙾𝚜𝚌𝚊𝚛 𝚃𝚞𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚐, 𝙹𝚛.

What if the painful and confusing seasons of our lives are not meaningless—but are part of God’s greater purpose?

God’s providence is at work even when we cannot see the whole picture. What others intended for harm, God used for good, and Joseph learned to trust God through every season.

Here are some reminders from the message:

🟡 𝟭. 𝗛𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁.
Joseph chose forgiveness and reconciliation instead of allowing the wounds of the past to define his future.

🟡 𝟮. 𝗛𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
Joseph saw beyond what happened to him and recognized that God was working through every valley and every victory.

🟡 𝟯. 𝗛𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀.
Even at the end of his life, Joseph remained confident that God would fulfill His promises.

Reflection Question: What are you still holding on to that God is asking you to surrender?

Let us learn from Joseph: let go of the past, recognize God’s providence, and trust His promises.

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good.” — Genesis 50:20

Whatever season you are in, God is still working. He is not finished with your story
