🌙 Evening Fellowship | SDCOC Convention 2025

An inspiring night filled with testimonies and truth.
Local churches shared their ministry reports, Bro. Richard Maxino led us through Plenary 2: “Christ the Only Foundation,” and the night closed with uplifting musical and literary presentations celebrating our faith and unity in Christ.

🎉 Day 1 Opening Ceremony & Afternoon Plenary | SDCOC Convention 2025

We opened with a warm welcome from the Barangay Captain of Tacul, followed by Plenary 1: “God’s Word Is Our Blueprint” with Bro. Jovanie Florentino — reminding us that every life and church must be built according to the pattern of Scripture.

From baptism to the Lord’s Supper, each session deepened our understanding of what it means to be buried with Christ, raised with Him, and remembering Him until He comes.

A reminder that Scripture is not just our guidebook, but the divine design shaping every believer and congregation.

📖 Standing Together, Building Forward – Bro. Robinson Balbero
A challenge to build with unity, compassion, and shared mission — that the Church may grow stronger as one body.

As each message echoed through the convention, one truth stood firm:
🕊️ When Christ is our foundation, every work, every word, and every wall we build will endure.

Theme: ANG GIBARUGAN — “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

The South Davao Churches of Christ Mission invites all congregations to join our 2025 Provincial Convention, a time of renewal, fellowship, and strengthening of our shared faith in Christ.

This year’s theme, Ang Gibarugan, reminds us that Jesus Christ alone is the foundation of the Church and that we are called to build faithfully upon Him in unity, maturity, and mission.
