The Ministry of Altar Servers of San Isidro Labrador Parish, Digos City is calling all young boys who have already received their First Holy Communion to step forward and become part of this ministry.

โœจ WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

โ€ข Open for boys ages 10 years old and above
โ€ข Must have already received the Sacrament of Holy Communion
โ€ข Must be a bonafide member of the parish
โ€ข Must be an active member in their GKK's
โ€ข Willing to learn and attend formations
โ€ข Most importantly, have the willingness to serve God as an Altar Server ๐Ÿ™

Today, August 15, we joyfully celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, honoring Mary who was taken body and soul into the glory of Heaven. May her faithful โ€œyesโ€ to God inspire us to follow Christ with unwavering faith and love. ๐Ÿ’™

On this special day, we also honor St. Tarcisius, Martyr of the Blessed Sacrament, whose courage and love for the Eucharist continue to inspire young people and altar servers to serve Jesus with reverence, humility, and devotion. ๐Ÿค

As altar servers, may we follow the example of Mary and St. Tarcisius faithful in prayer, joyful in service, and steadfast in our love for Jesus in the Holy Eucharist.

Every journey of service begins with a single "yes" to God's call.

As we gather for the Isidorean Servers Renewal and Acceptance, we celebrate not only the commitment of our current altar servers who continue to faithfully serve at the Lord's altar, but also the courage of our new aspirants who have answered His invitation with open hearts.

Serving at the altar is more than wearing a cassock or carrying sacred vesselsโ€”it is a vocation of humility, discipline, prayer, and love. It is a commitment to become a living witness of Christ, serving not for recognition, but for His greater glory.

To our renewed servers (Seniors), thank you for your unwavering dedication. May this renewal strengthen your faith, deepen your relationship with Christ, and remind you that every act of service, no matter how small, is an offering pleasing to God.

To our accepted aspirants (Juniors), welcome to the Ministry of Altar Servers. Today marks the beginning of a beautiful journey filled with learning, growth, and spiritual formation. Embrace every challenge with humility and every opportunity with joy, knowing that God Himself has called you to stand close to His altar.

As one ministry, let us continue to encourage one another, serve with sincerity, and remain steadfast in our mission. May our hands always be ready to serve, our hearts always be open to God's will, and our lives always reflect the love of Christ.
