Blessed Sunday everyone! π
Todayβs Sunday School entitled βMaking Room for Godβ from 2 Kings 4:8-10 reminded us of the beautiful character of the Shunamite woman - a woman who was discerning, hospitable, generous, and sensitive to the work of God. She willingly made room for the man of God, showing a heart that desired to serve and honor the Lord.
ποΈ The Bed symbolizes a ministry of rest β becoming a source of comfort and encouragement to others.
π½οΈ The Table symbolizes a ministry of fellowship and provision β sharing blessings, love, and care with Godβs people.
This lesson reminds us that when we make room for God in our homes and hearts, His presence brings peace, purpose, and blessing. And this inspiring lesson will continue next Sunday. β€οΈ
Todayβs message from James 3:7-10 also reminded us of the power of the tongue. May our words never tear down but instead speak life, blessing, and grace to others, reflecting the goodness of God in everything we say.
May we continue to be like the Shunamite woman β faithful, welcoming, generous, and always making room for God. π
