The Finished work of JESUS.
‭John 16:33 NIV‬
[33] “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Note: Our victory is anchored on the finished work of JESUS at calvary.

How to position ourselves for victory.
° Right standing with God.
Romans 3:22-23
"We are made right with God by placing our faith in JESUS CHRIST, And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are. For every has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard.

Note: Right standing requires an undivided heart and a fully aligned mindset with God's word.

Exercise your authority through Him.
° Luke 10:19
Behold I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpion, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means shall hurt you.

Note: Authority is an absolute spiritual mechanism that you have in Christ.

Submit to God
° James 4:7
Submit yourselves then, to God, Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Note: Submission to God is a powerful weapon against the enemy. It is the manifestation of our humility that allows God to work in our lives.

Take your battles to God through:
Prayers and His word
James 5:17b
The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
‭Hebrews 4:12 NIV‬
[12] For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Note: Set your prayer and devotion altar. Without sacrifice there is no fire. For the fire of God will kiss your tears in prayer.

Salvation is a complete package.
When Jesus said "It is finished" at the cross of calvary, He was declaring that His redemptive work was complete.

‭John 10:10 NIV‬
[10] The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

DETOUR
1. God's redirection is God's protection.
As we go thru God's redirection here are reminders for us:
°Don't Complain
°Believe that God's way is the best way.
°Follow willingly.

2. God's redirection is not punishment but preparation.
As we go experience God' preparation for us, we need to:
°Trust the process.
°Learn to wait. (wait is not waste)
°Pray continually and consistently.

3. God's redirection is a time of cultivation.

"The worst place could be the best place for spiritual refinement, because you will come out rectified and perfected."

God is for you not against you. Whatever you are going through, The Lord will never leave you, and He wants you to experience the overflow not as slaves but as His children..
