Today, as we celebrate the Eighteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time, we are reminded that true fulfillment is found not in earthly possessions but in God alone. Through the Gospel, Jesus invites us to seek the things that endure and to place our trust in the treasures of heaven rather than the temporary things of this world.

As we continue our journey of faith, may we open our hearts to God's wisdom and grace. Let us live with gratitude, generosity, and love, always remembering that our greatest treasure is found in our relationship with Christ.

Today, we joyfully celebrate the birth of San Pedro Calungsod, the first Filipino saint. His life reminds us that no one is too young to serve God with courage, faith, and love.

DID YOU KNOW?
San Pedro Calungsod was a young Filipino catechist who courageously shared the Good News and remained faithful to God until the very end. Because of his heroic witness of faith, he was canonized as a saint in 2012.

May his example inspire us to live with kindness, humility, and unwavering faith every day.

Today, as we celebrate the Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time, we are reminded of Jesus' loving invitation to all who are weary and burdened: "Come to me, and I will give you rest." Through the Gospel according to Matthew (11:25โ€“30), we are encouraged to approach the Lord with humble and childlike hearts, trusting in His unfailing love and mercy.

May we find comfort, strength, and peace in Christ, who gently walks beside us and lightens every burden we carry. Let us continue to place our faith in Him, knowing that His yoke is easy, His burden is light, and His love is always enough.
