1 MILLION CHILDREN PRAYING THE ROSARY

Today, children from different parts of the world unite in one beautiful prayer—the Holy Rosary.

A million young hearts, one faith, one prayer, and one hope for peace in our families, communities, and the whole world.

May these children grow with faith in their hearts and become instruments of peace and love wherever they go. Let us also join them in prayer and teach the next generation that even a simple prayer can bring hope to the world.

Our Lady of the Rosary, Pray for Us!🙏

Our Lady of the Rosary is a title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary, honoring her special connection with the Holy Rosary, a prayer that helps Christians meditate on the life, death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

According to Catholic tradition, the Rosary is closely associated with Saint Dominic, who promoted devotion to Mary and encouraged people to pray for strength in overcoming the challenges facing the Church. Over the centuries, the Rosary became one of the most beloved Marian devotions among Catholics.

The feast of Our Lady of the Rosary is celebrated every October 7. It was established by Pope Saint Pius V following the Christian victory at the Battle of Lepanto on October 7, 1571, which Catholics attributed to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary through the prayers of the Rosary. The feast was later extended to the universal Church.

Today, Our Lady of the Rosary reminds us to pray faithfully, reflect on the mysteries of Christ's life, and seek Mary's guidance as we grow closer to her Son. Through the Rosary, we are invited to deepen our faith, strengthen our hope, and become instruments of peace.

Prayer: Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us, that through your intercession we may grow closer to Jesus, remain faithful in prayer, and live with love, hope, and peace. Amen.

This October, we are reminded of the beautiful power of the Holy Rosary—a simple prayer that brings us closer to Jesus through the loving guidance of Mary.

As we pray each mystery, may we learn from Mary’s faith, humility, and complete trust in God. May the Rosary become a moment of peace in our busy days, a source of strength in times of difficulty, and a reminder that we are never alone in our journey of faith.

Let us take time to pray the Rosary, not only with our lips but also with our hearts. May our prayers bring peace to our families, our community, and our world.

This October, we are invited to pray for the mental health ministry throughout the Church.

Let us pray that the Church may continue to become a place of compassion, understanding, and welcome, where persons experiencing mental health challenges are treated with dignity, respect, and love.

May we help break the silence, stigma, and discrimination surrounding mental illness, and become a community where no one feels alone or forgotten. May our prayer inspire us to listen with empathy, accompany one another, and extend God’s healing and compassionate presence to those who are struggling.
