‼️ JULY 27, 2025 (Sunday - Youth Fellowship)
God gives us skills. But being good at something isn't enough. We need a good heart too. That starts at home. If we're kind to our family, we'll be kind to everyone. It's like baking a cake – you need good ingredients (skills) and a good recipe (attitude). A good attitude makes our talents shine brighter. It helps us use our skills to help others and please God. So, let's be kind at home, help out in any chores our parents wants us to do, and use our gifts to good.
Discipleship is a journey of transformation, a lifelong commitment to following Jesus Christ and embodying his teachings. It's not merely about attending church services or reciting prayers; it's about actively engaging with God's Word, seeking to understand and apply its principles to every aspect of life. This involves intentional spiritual growth, cultivating a deeper relationship with God through prayer and meditation, and striving to live a life that reflects Christ's love, compassion, and justice. Discipleship necessitates accountability, often involving mentorship and community support, as we learn to navigate challenges and celebrate victories together. It's a process of continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning, constantly striving to become more like Christ. Ultimately, discipleship is about making a difference in the world, sharing the love of Christ with others and living a life of purpose and meaning.
