When we look at the world around us, we cannot deny the reality of evil—corruption, murder, violence, greed, poverty, and war. How did sin enter God’s good creation?

The great wickedness you can SEE comes from the heart you CANNOT see.
The root of a depraved society is the human heart.

But even in a broken world, the gospel reminds us that God is still at work. Christ offered grace.
At the cross,the judgment fell on HIM
so that the grace could fall on US.

💍 VERTICAL MARRIAGE 2026 | ALL IN!

We wrapped up this year’s Vertical Marriage Seminar with Session 5, “All In”—a fitting reminder for couples to give their all in their walk with God, their marriage, and ministry.

Our special culmination night became even more meaningful with the presence of our VM mentors from FamilyLife Philippines, Pastor Norman and Ma’am Sally Molinos. ❤️

It was a beautiful evening of celebrating marriage as our couples reaffirmed their love and covenant commitment to one another, exchanged special tokens, and shared heartfelt letters with their spouses. 🥹💌

Our hearts are full! Special thanks to all our GrowPoint Davao facilitators and volunteers who faithfully served and made this event possible.

From The Elusive Secret, Fight Me Like a Man, To Love and to Cherish, and God in the Bedroom, to our final session, All In, these past weeks have reminded us that a thriving marriage begins when we continually turn toward God and toward each other—choosing love, grace, intimacy, and commitment, and ultimately going all in with God, our spouse, and the mission He has given us together. 💍❤️🙌

Vertical Marriage — Sessions 3 & 4 🤍💍

Another meaningful day of Vertical Marriage at GrowPoint Davao, in partnership with FamilyLife Philippines! This week, we entered two deeply personal areas of married life:

💙 Session 3: To Cheer & To Cherish — Learning to intentionally understand and express what makes our spouse feel respected, loved, and cherished.

🤍 Session 4: God in the Bedroom — A beautiful reminder that marital intimacy is God’s good design and gift, and that honest, safe, and grace-filled conversations help us understand and love our spouse better.

Thankful for the laughter, vulnerability, biblical truths, and meaningful conversations shared today. Once again, we are reminded that we need Christ and His grace to love our spouse well.

One more session to go! 🥹🤍
And tomorrow, we celebrate what God has been doing through our Vertical Marriage Culmination Program, from 2:00 PM onwards! 🎉💍

Excited to finish strong and celebrate God’s sustaining grace in every marriage. 🙏🏻

Day 1 of Vertical Marriage 🤍💍

GrowPoint Davao, in partnership with FamilyLife Philippines, presents this year’s Vertical Marriage Seminar! 🙌

Grateful to God for a meaningful first day with 13 couples—6 couple facilitators and 7 participating couples—growing together in His design for marriage.

“When we go vertical, God quenches our thirst.”

💍 Session 1: The Elusive Secret — Our spouse cannot satisfy what only Christ can. A thriving marriage begins with finding our deepest satisfaction in Him.

🤍 Session 2: Fight Me Like a Man — Conflict calls us to listen humbly, extend grace and forgiveness, and remember that we are both equally in need of Christ.

Thankful for the heart-searching, biblical,
practical teaching, and edifying group discussions.

Coming next week: “To Love and to Cherish” (Session 3) and “God in the Bedroom” (Session 4) 👀🤍 More gospel-centered conversations on loving our spouses in the most personal areas of marriage.

🇳🇵 PRAY FOR NEPAL

Our hearts are with the people of Nepal following the devastating landslides and flash floods that have claimed lives, left many missing, and affected entire communities.

In times of great loss, let us turn to the Lord and faithfully lift those who are suffering before Him.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

Let us pray for:

• 🤍 Comfort for grieving families
• 🛡️ Protection for those missing and in danger
• 🙏 Strength for rescuers and first responders
• 🏠 Hope and provision for affected communities

May the Lord draw near to the people of Nepal and sustain them in the days ahead. 🇳🇵
