𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐮 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐤𝐮𝐦 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐢 𝐖𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐡!

A significant meeting was recently held between 𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒌𝒉 𝑨𝒃𝒅𝒖𝒍 𝑨𝒛𝒊𝒛 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒔, 𝑨𝒃𝒅𝒖𝒍 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒊 𝑫. 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒖𝒉𝒐𝒎, the current President of the Bangsamoro Islamic Club, and the newly elected SSG President, 𝑲𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒊𝒏 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒔.

The primary objective of this gathering was to forge a stronger bond and establish a closer partnership with the new student leadership. By engaging directly with President Aradillos, the club aims to 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆.

Building these bridges of communication is essential for fostering an inclusive environment where our community can thrive and contribute effectively to the organization.

To all the members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Club,

Our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized the blessings found in coming together. It is narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:

We are honored to have 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐀𝐳𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬 as our Guest Speaker. Sheikh Abdul Azis brings a wealth of knowledge, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Holy Qur'an Sciences from Al Qasimia University. He is also currently furthering his studies in the field of education, pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English at Rizal Memorial Colleges Inc.

The 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒉𝒆𝒕 said (on the day of Idal-Adha), "𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙤 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨, 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 ('𝙄𝙙) 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚. (On hearing that) Abu Burda bin Niyar got up, for he had slaughtered the sacrifice before the prayer, and said, "𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙞𝙭 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙧𝙖𝙢." 𝐄𝐢𝐝 𝐌𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤 🌙

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙙! In accordance with this beautiful sighting, the Bangsamoro Darul-Ifta' declares that 𝗘𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗹-𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝘄𝘄𝗮𝗹 𝟭𝟰𝟰𝟲 𝗔𝗛, 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. In Shaa Allah.

As we prepare to celebrate this joyous occasion, let us remember the significance of Eid al-Fitr. It is a day of gratitude, reflection, and community.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 (𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝗺) 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, “𝙀𝙞𝙙 𝙖𝙡-𝙁𝙞𝙩𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙, 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙮, 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮.” (Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith 1296)

On this special day, we bring joy to our hearts and express our gratitude for the strength and patience shown during the month of Ramadan. It is an opportunity to renew our faith, strengthen our relationships, and extend generosity to those in need. Eid al-Fitr signifies the end of fasting and the beginning of festivities, but it also reminds us of our responsibilities toward our family, neighbors, and the less fortunate.

𝐄𝐢𝐝 𝐚𝐥-𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤! ☪️

Eid Al-Fitr is a day that marks the successful completion of the sacred month of Ramadan. It is a festival signifying the end of a period of duty and devotion. This occasion teaches us that true happiness arises from fulfilling our responsibilities and making sacrifices for noble causes. Allah says in the Qur’an:

"𝗔𝗻𝗱 (𝗛𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀) 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀." (Al-Baqarah 2:185)

We should express our gratitude to Almighty Allah, for He guided us to fast during Ramadan, perform good deeds, and recite the Qur’an. We should thank Him for providing us the means to pay zakat al-fitr and for other charitable acts.

On this blessed Laylatul Qadr, let us embrace the profound opportunity of this sacred night, which is worth more than a thousand months. May we elevate our prayers, seek forgiveness, and reflect on our purpose with sincerity and gratitude. Let us remember that the doors of mercy are wide open during these special nights.

As we engage in worship and good deeds, may our hearts be filled with tranquility and our souls be uplifted. Wishing you all a peaceful and blessed night filled with divine blessings.

Laylatul Qadr or the Night of Power, is described as such to illustrate the significance of what the night entails for humankind.

Alhamdullilah! We've already reached the first Friday of Jumu'ah Ramadan.

March 7, Friday. The first Jumu'ah of the auspicious month, when students paused their routines to join in prayer and listen 𝙎𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙠 𝘼𝙗𝙙𝙪𝙡 𝘼𝙯𝙞𝙨 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙨 khutbah.

باب فَرْضِ الْجُمُعَةِ لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلاَةِ مِنْ

يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ

لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ}.

We are grateful to the student leaders of the Bangsamoro Islamic Club, the RMC's first Islamic club, for at last preserving the essence and customs of Islam. Additionally, the RMC for listening to the voices of our Muslim brothers and sisters.

For all of our Muslim brothers and sisters, remember to pray, be grateful, and show kindness not only during the holy month of Ramadan but at all times and in all manners.

Alhamdulillah! We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to RMC for listening to our request for a designated prayer room. Jazakallah khair! 🤲🏻💚💙

In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, a designated prayer room is available at the library for our Muslim students.

The library closes at 6:00 PM, and Muslim students are welcome to use the prayer room from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We kindly ask everyone to observe silence and respect those in prayer.

𝑹𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒏 05 ☪️

In this hadith, Abu Huraira narrates an encounter between a Bedouin and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Bedouin seeks guidance on what actions will guarantee him entry into Paradise. In response, the Prophet outlines the fundamental acts of worship and obedience that are essential for a believer. He emphasizes the importance of worshiping Allah alone without any partners, which is the foundation of faith in Islam.

The Prophet further details specific obligations that every Muslim must fulfill to strengthen their faith and earn Allah's pleasure—namely, establishing the five daily prayers, giving the mandatory charity (zakat), and observing the fast during the month of Ramadan. These acts are not only essential for spiritual growth but also serve to foster a sense of community, compassion, and discipline among Muslims, ultimately guiding them towards the path of salvation and Paradise.
