𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
Introducing the Newly Appointed A.Y. Officers and Youth Leaders for This Year of Service.

Grounded in 1 Timothy 4:12, we are reminded that youth are called not only to participate, but to lead by example in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity. Leadership in the Lord’s work is not defined by age, but by commitment, character, and a willing heart to serve. As young people entrusted with responsibility, may they continue to stand firm as faithful examples to the church and the community.

With gratitude and prayerful support, we proudly introduce the newly set A.Y. Officers, Youth Elder, Youth Adviser, and Coordinators. May God guide them with wisdom, strengthen them with courage, and use them as instruments for His glory as they lead the youth ministry in unity, service, and devotion.

Happening Now | Children’s Moving Up Celebration

Calinan Central SDA Church is filled with joy and gratitude as we celebrate the children of our church stepping forward into their next journey with God. Today marks a beautiful milestone of growth, faith, and new beginnings as they continue to walk in His light.

As a church family, we rejoice and pray that they will remain steadfast in the path the Lord has prepared for them.

"𝑷𝒖𝒉𝒐𝒏"
𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴.

“Puhon” is not just a word we say when we long for something—it is a declaration of trust. Psalm 37:4–5 reminds us, “Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will do this.” Love stops being something we chase out of impatience and becomes something we prepare for in obedience. What is meant for you will not be rushed, forced, or taken; it will unfold in His perfect timing. So instead of chasing, we commit. Instead of worrying, we trust. Puhon—not by chance, but by His will, exactly when 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡.

What a blessing to enter the first Sabbath of February with hearts set on truly knowing Christ—the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings.
As Philippians 3:10–11 reminds us, may our lives reflect a deep desire to grow closer to Him, walking daily in faith, humility, and hope.

As we rest in His presence today, may everything we do point others to the life, love, and victory found in Christ alone.

What a blessing to walk into this Sabbath with hearts aligned to God’s word—choosing to do everything without complaining or arguing, and to shine as lights in the world.

May this day remind us to live blamelessly, reflect Christ in all we do, and let His light be seen through our words and actions. As we rest in Him, may our lives quietly point others to His love and truth.

Happening Now | Pastoral Installation

Calinan Central SDA Church is joyfully celebrating the Pastoral Installation of Pastor Evan Rey Basia, warmly welcoming him and his family into the church family.

The message is delivered by Pastor Harold Saavedra, former Calinan Central SDA Church Pastor and now the Stewardship Director of Davao Mission, as we unite in thanksgiving and commitment to God’s work.

𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘, 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥!

We warmly welcome Pastor Evan Rey Basia to the Calinan Central Seventh-day Adventist Church and thank God for entrusting this congregation to his pastoral care. We look forward to his Christ-centered leadership, faithful proclamation of God’s Word, and commitment to guiding the church in spiritual growth and service.

We also acknowledge and welcome his family, whose prayers, support, and sacrifices are an important part of his ministry. May the Lord grant Pastor Basia wisdom, strength, and grace as he leads this church in faith and unity.

What a joy to welcome the first Sabbath of the year with grateful hearts, choosing to rejoice in the Lord always.

May God’s love refresh our spirits, brighten our days, and set the tone for a year filled with hope and faith. Let praise, peace, and gladness lead us forward in this beautiful new beginning.

As we step into this New Year, let us remember that we are never alone on our journey. Jesus, our Good Shepherd, leads us with love, offers us His guidance, and provides for our every need. We are thankful for His constant care and protection.

The Calinan Adventist Youth on Fire extends its heartfelt blessings to you for this New Year. May you experience the peace, strength, and joy that comes from following the Shepherd who gave His life for us. May you walk in His light, trusting His guidance and receiving His abundant blessings in the year ahead.
