LIFE HAS ITS OWN CYCLE
it has its ups and downs just like a wheel. Life brings seasons of difficulty like loss, uncertainty, fear, or pain that can feel like walking in deep darkness.

The Bible doesn’t promise that as a Christian, we’ll avoid these times, but it gives clear guidance on how to navigate them with faith and hope.

1. Turn to God in Prayer and Supplication

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."-Philippians 4:6

What to do:
Cry out to God honestly—share your fears, doubts, and pain with Him. He is not disturbed by our questions or struggles; He invites us to bring everything to Him. Even in darkness, prayer connects us to the Light of the world.

2. Anchor Yourself in God’s Word
"Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." — Psalm 119:105

What to do:
In crisis, the Bible becomes our guide and comfort. Meditate on verses that speak to hope, strength, and God’s faithfulness (like Isaiah 41:10, Psalm 23, or Romans 8:28). Let God’s truth replace fear and confusion.
