𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗾𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝘆ā𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮, 𝘄𝗮 𝗾𝗶𝘆ā𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮, 𝘄𝗮 ṣā𝗹𝗶ḥ𝗮 𝗮ʿ𝗺ā𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮.
(O Allah, accept our fasting, our prayers, and our good deeds.)

Today, we celebrate the beauty of 𝗘𝗶𝗱’𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗿 — a day of joy after a month of devotion, patience, and reflection. Eid is a reminder of Allah’s mercy, a time to embrace our families, strengthen our communities, and share love and kindness with those around us. Above all, it is a renewal of our ī𝗺ā𝗻 (𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵), reminding us that true happiness comes from obedience to Allah (SWT) and living with sincerity, kindness, and unity.

May this blessed day bring peace to your heart, happiness to your home, and strength to your faith. Let us carry forward the lessons of Ramadan — compassion, generosity, and unity — into the days ahead.

On 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗨𝗠𝗦𝗢) had the privilege of organizing a 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, providing free ifṭār at 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗮, 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆— the 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗠𝗦𝗢. This meaningful gathering was a chance to extend the spirit of Ramadan beyond the campus, strengthening bonds with the wider community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the generous volunteers who made this initiative possible. May Allah (SWT) reward your kindness abundantly. Our sincerest appreciation also goes to the 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲, for warmly welcoming us and allowing us to hold this blessed event in their community.

The United Muslim Students Organization (UMSO) continued its blessed journey with 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗳𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 at the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 (𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻).

Students once again came together in the spirit of Ramadan, breaking their fast with a simple yet meaningful meal. Each gathering strengthens bonds among Muslim students and highlights the University’s commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and understanding.

The United Muslim Students Organization (UMSO) joyfully launched its 𝗜𝗳𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟬, across both campuses of the University of Immaculate Conception.

Students at the 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘅 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 (𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼) and the 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 (𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻) gathered together in the spirit of Ramadan, breaking their fast with a humble yet heartfelt meal. We are now in the final ten nights —the most precious part of Ramadan. As we draw closer to 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹-𝗤𝗮𝗱𝗿, our hearts need Allah’s mercy and steadfastness more than ever.

𝗗𝘂𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘆
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba‘da idh hadaytana wa hab lana min ladunka rahmatan innaka anta al-wahhab

𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower. —𝗤𝘂𝗿’𝗮𝗻 𝟯:𝟴

On this 23rd night, let’s ask Allah to keep our hearts firm, grant us His mercy, and guide us to witness Laylatul-Qadr with sincerity and acceptance.✨

As we seek the blessings of Laylatul-Qadr, the Night better than a thousand months, let us fill our hearts with sincere duʿā’ and turn to Allah with humility and hope. On this blessed night, the Prophet ﷺ taught us a beautiful supplication asking for Allah’s forgiveness — the most beloved thing to ask for.

May Allah accept our prayers, forgive our sins, and allow us to witness the blessings of Laylatul-Qadr with sincere hearts. May He guide us, strengthen our faith, and unite us in goodness and obedience. 🤍

𝐉𝐔𝐌𝐔’𝐀𝐇 𝐌𝐔𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐊! On this 3rd Friday of the blessed month of Ramadan, we have now reached the 16th day, and the last 10 days are drawing near—the most sacred nights filled with mercy, forgiveness, and immense rewards.

Let this be a reminder for all of us to increase our du‘a, strengthen our prayers, and multiply our good deeds. May Allah accept our fasting, forgive our shortcomings, answer our sincere supplications, and grant us success in this life and the Hereafter. Ameen. 🤲🏻💜

As we welcome this blessed Jumu’ah, may our hearts remain steadfast in remembrance of Allah. May He unite our Ummah in mercy and love, fill our homes with peace, and allow us to reach the last 10 nights with sincere devotion and renewed faith.

“Our Lord, accept from us. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. And accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Acceptor of repentance, the Most Merciful.”

Please be informed that the Call to Prayer (Adhan) originally scheduled on 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the University of the Immaculate Conception will be moved to 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲..

This adjustment is due to the College Days celebration, during which many students will not be present on campus. We want to ensure that more members of the UIC community can be informed and aware of this meaningful moment.
