REMEMBER YOUR FIRST LOVE. ❤️
As I heard these words, something stirred deep within me. I was reminded of my commitment to the Lord.
I was reminded to turn back—not to the life I once lived, but to the life I was called to live in Christ. I was reminded to know Him more deeply, walk closely with Him, and pursue His presence every day.
I was reminded to sow His Word in righteousness, to bear the fruit of the Spirit, and to allow my life to become a reflection of the One I serve.
And as I listened, I found myself silently crying—pleading with God:
“Lord, revive me again. Set my heart on fire again. Fill me with Your Spirit once more. Restore in me the passion I once had for You.”
That moment reminded me that sometimes God allows us to hear a simple message, yet that message reaches places in our hearts that we have forgotten.
Today, I am blessed—not merely because I heard a message, but because God used that message to remind me of who I am in Christ. He reminded me of my identity, my purpose, my calling, and most importantly, my first love.
People of God, I want to remind you today: remember your commitment to God.
You did not make your commitment merely to people. You did not make it for recognition. You did not make it for applause.
You made it to God.
So remember it—and live it.
Remember the days when your heart burned for His presence.
Remember when serving Him was a privilege, not a burden.
Remember when praising Him was your response, not an obligation.
Remember when you desired His Word, His presence, and His will above everything else.
Remember your first love.
Perhaps you have become tired.Perhaps you have become distracted.Perhaps you have wandered farther than you intended.
But hear this:
God is still calling you back.
He is keeping you awake—not merely to exist, but to serve Him.
Not merely to survive, but to glorify Him.Not merely to receive blessings, but to become a blessing.
So let the fire burn again.Let the passion rise again.Let your prayer life breathe again.Let your worship become alive again.Let your heart surrender again.
Come back to the place where it all began.
Come back to Jesus.Come back to His presence.Come back to His Word.Come back to your calling.
Remember your first love. Remember your commitment. Remember who you are in Christ.
And may the fire of God that once burned within you burn brighter than ever before. 🔥
Have a blessed and Spirit-filled day, people of God.
May we never forget why we started—and may we finish faithfully for the One who called us. 🙏🔥❤️🔥
