"LDPC CHILDREN MINISTRY AND WORSHIP MINISTRY FELLOWSHIP 2026"

With the Theme of: The Chosen One

Many people go to church, whether inside or outside the church. Yes, they attend the service, sing, and dance to praise God. But have you ever tried asking yourself, “Is this the only thing I want to do in my life? Is this the only thing I can share with other people? Or is this the only thing God wants me to do?”

Ministry is a big obligation and responsibility inside the church. Some people say, “It’s very boring,” “Kapoy man,” or even, “Dili nako ni forte.” But you know what? Having a ministry inside the church is meaningful. You get to share your thoughts and experiences with children, youth, and even adults. You can also gain a lot of new experiences and discover things about yourself.

Like, “Ay, kaya diay nako ni, no?” or “Lingaw man diay ni, no?”

Ministry is not just about helping other people grow in their faith and strengthen their relationship with God. It also helps you grow closer to God. Ministry can become your safe place because it gives you a reason to stay near to God and continue talking to Him.

During this fellowship, we were asked: Why are we grateful to be in the ministry? What is our reflection about being part of the ministry? What have we learned from this ministry, and what is our prayer?

Most of them said, “Pugos,” “Walay choice,” “Go with the flow,” or “Following orders from adults.” But they eventually noticed that the people who kept telling them, “Join this ministry,” or “This is the will of the Lord,” were actually being used by God as instruments to help them build a stronger connection with Him and deepen their faith.

So, if someone tries to invite you to join a ministry or sunday service , "ayaw BALIBARA". Maybe God is using that person as an instrument to help you—not just for their own purpose, but also for you.

Because YOU ARE THE CHOSEN ONE.❤️

This fellowship really helped us realize that we should never give up, even when there are many challenges that we face. Let us continue praying that this ministry will remain strong, stand firm, and continue moving forward in God's purpose.

Let us serve, grow, and stay connected to God through ministry. 🙏❤️

Because LDPC Children's are dedicated and persevere to join Sunday school service and children’s ministry every Saturday, they earn many tickets to buy school supplies, snacks, and toys for the upcoming school year. Through their perseverance, they not only acquire these items but also grow closer to God.
