"Tithes Remove the Curse of Poverty"

“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse… and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing…”
— Malachi 3:10

God established tithing as a principle of honor, obedience, and trust. Tithing is not merely about money—it is about acknowledging God as the source of all provision. When believers obey God in tithes, they step out of lack and into God’s provision and blessing.

1. Tithing Acknowledges God as Our Provider

Verse: Proverbs 3:9–10
“Honour the LORD with thy substance… so shall thy barns be filled with plenty.”

Tithing declares that God, not money, is our source. It places God first in our finances and removes the curse of dependence on material things.

2. Disobedience Opens the Door to the Curse

Verse: Malachi 3:8–9
“Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me…”

The Bible teaches that withholding tithes brings spiritual and financial consequences. Poverty is not always about lack of effort—it can be the result of disobedience.

3. Obedience in Tithing Releases God’s Blessing

Verse: Malachi 3:10

God promises overflowing blessings to those who faithfully tithe. Tithing invites divine favor, protection, and supernatural provision.

4. Tithing Breaks the Spirit of Poverty

Verse: 2 Corinthians 9:6–8
“God loveth a cheerful giver…”

Poverty is often connected to fear, greed, and lack mentality. Tithing breaks these strongholds by teaching faith, generosity, and trust in God.

5. Tithing Brings Protection Over Our Finances

Verse: Malachi 3:11
“And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes…”

God promises protection from loss, waste, and unexpected financial burdens when we obey Him in tithes.

6. Tithing Supports God’s Work

Verse: Matthew 6:33
“Seek ye first the kingdom of God…”

Through tithing, God’s house is sustained, ministries grow, and souls are reached. When we prioritize God’s kingdom, He takes care of our needs.

Tithing is not a burden but a blessing. It removes the curse of poverty by restoring God’s order in our finances. When we tithe in faith and obedience, God opens the windows of heaven and proves Himself faithful.

Decide today to trust God with your finances. Obedience in tithing brings freedom, blessing, and divine provision.

(Matthew 15:14)

Christ warned us of this happening

Many modern teachers no longer walk in the doctrine of the Apostles and their disciples.
Instead they traded the faith once delivered for psychological theories and cushioned ear tickling messages that change no one.

They do not clothe the poor with truth
they strip them, keep them blind,
and march them forward for profit.

No white raiment.
No eye salve..
No sight.
Only chains disguised as comfort sermons.

These do not serve God or His people
they serve their own bellies and their own pockets.

When teachers abandon the faith once delivered, the people who do not know their Faith suffer.

Clothed in rags instead of the white raiment Christ commands them to get from Him.

A starving flock enriches only one thing:
false shepherds.

Saint Paul warned of teachers who
“serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly.”

This is not new.
It is ancient deception, just repackaged.

We cannot trade the lived out Faith for mere doctrinal head knowledge.

The christian faith is not just name it and claim it.

Its the Faith of Christ lived out in our own lives.
Its not enough to know of Christ.

We MUST KNOW CHRIST

AND MAKE HIM KNOWN.
