ANNOUNCEMENT FOR UNDAS SECURITY GUIDELINES
ADMINISTRATIVE PROTOCOLS
1. Families are only allowed to visit their own deceased. No person is allowed to loiter and visit other people's graves;
2. Gates will be opened at 8:00 AM and will close at 5:00 PM. Cut-off time for wait-listed visitors shall be at 4:30 PM;
3. Under the City Executive Order No. 12-B, Series of 2021 - Any person below fifteen (15) years old and above sixty-five (65) years old are not allowed inside cemeteries;
4. VULNERABLE SECTOR, Any person below fifteen (15) years old and above sixty-five (65) years old shall only be allowed inside the memorial park, cemetery, or columbarium to attend the burial, interment, or to visit the grave of family members;
5. Memorial parks, cemeteries, and columbaria shall only allow up to ten (10) persons per group to visit or to conduct necrological services, wakes, inurnment, and funerals and shall limit their admission to 30% of the venue capacity.
6. October 24 to November 7, 2021 - all private and public cemeteries, memorial parks and columbarium shall be closed the entire day to the general public. Only burials, interments, and visits for the death anniversary of a loved one are allowed. Attendance is only limited to family members;
7. Drones are not allowed except those who have a security clearance;
8. LIQUOR BAN. All cemeteries and funeral parlors shall implement a 24-hour liquor ban for the duration of the State Calamity.
9. Visits to memorial parks, cemeteries, and columbaria shall only be allowed up to 30 minutes;
HEALTH AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS
1. Body temperature check and SafeDavao QR code scanning shall be implemented by both public and private cemeteries at the entrance;
2. Hand washing/hand sanitizing is required upon entering the public cemeteries;
3. Contact tracing forms shall be filled up before entering the public cemeteries;
4. Face Shields and face masks must be worn at all times;
5. Social distancing shall be observed at all times;
6. Food, water, and beverages shall be prohibited inside the cemeteries.
SECURITY PROTOCOLS
1. This cemetery observes "One way in, one way out” policy.
2. Backpacks and wearing of jackets are not allowed.
3. Vendors, vagrants, loiterers, and scavengers are not allowed.
4. No tents and overnight stays.
5. Loud music, gambling, videoke, bringing of alcoholic drinks, illegal drugs, and pointed objects are strictly prohibited.
6. Only flower arrangements, candles, igniters, and lighting equipment can be brought inside the public cemeteries.
7. Tricycles are not allowed to operate within the cemetery premises
8. Violators will be apprehended and overstaying visitors will be reprimanded.
