Overthinking has robbed more people of peace than the actual problem ever did. Not every battle is yours to carry and not every question needs an answer right away.

Pray about it and trust God with it and then get some REST. If God is already working behind the scenes your worrying won't speed Him up and your fear won't stop His plan.

Don't let everything around you control your mood... Don't be like a thermometer that only reacts to the situation, be a difference maker that changes the atmosphere... Choose joy, even when things are hard... Pray, smile, and keep going anyway.
