From darkness into light, we gathered as one community of faith to celebrate the most sacred night of our Christian journey.

The Light of Christ shone through the Paschal Candle, dispelling darkness and renewing our hope.
Through the Liturgy of the Word, we listened to Godโ€™s saving plan unfold in history.
In the Baptismal Liturgy, we joyfully welcomed new members into the Church, reborn in Christ.
And in the Liturgy of the Eucharist, we received the fullness of His love and sacrifice.

Today, we commemorate Palm Sunday, marking the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem and the beginning of Holy Week.

In our parish, the celebration started with the blessing of palms at the San Roque Basketball Court, followed by a solemn procession to the church. The Holy Mass was then celebrated, presided over by Rev. Fr. Amado B. Arroyo and Rev. Resty Joy J. Cabahug.

May this day fill our hearts with humility, hope, and faith as we follow Christ.

Tomorrow, the Church celebrates the Annunciation the moment the angel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary and announced that she would bear the Son of God. Maryโ€™s faithful โ€œyesโ€ โ€œLet it be done to me according to your wordโ€ made Godโ€™s plan of salvation possible.

This feast, celebrated nine months before Christmas, reminds us of the Incarnation and Maryโ€™s humility, faith, and obedience. Like her, we are called to trust in Godโ€™s will, even when it is difficult.

Have a blessed Annunciation of the Lord.
