SUNDAY SERVICE // April 26, 2026
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝟭𝟲:𝟭𝟰-𝟮𝟬 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿
✅ Jesus rebuked His disciples.
a. lack of faith
b. stoned heart
✅ Jesus commanded them.
a. Jesus mission is completed
b. go and preach the good news
c. whoever believed and baptized will be saved
whoever does not believed will be condemned
✅ Jesus work with them.

Even in their doubts and fears, Jesus still called His disciples. He rebuked their unbelief—but He didn’t reject them. Instead, He entrusted them with a mission: to go into all the world and share the Good News.

No matter where you are in your journey, God can use you to bring light, hope, and truth to others. Step out in faith today—He goes before you.

Where there is faith, there is power. Where there is obedience, there is purpose.

“𝘉𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘰𝘶𝘴. 𝘋𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘥; 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥, 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘰.”

What are the requirements for success?
✅ Strong inside and out- firm and strengthened.
✅ Courageous character.
✅ Grounded and molded with the Word of God.

Moral Lesson:
✅ Obedience to the calling of God.
✅ Faith for nothing is impossible for Him.

So when fear tries to hold you back, choose courage. When doubts fill your mind, hold on to His promises. When the journey gets hard, remember—you are never alone.

1. The reality of God- God is a spirit.

𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 // 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝟮𝟴:𝟱-𝟲
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀’ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
1. Victory over death and sin.
2. Justification and salvation.
3. First fruit of the resurrection.
4. Empowerment for Christian living.
5. Transformation to Christ likeness.
6. Foundation of Christian hope.

This passage reminds us that even in our darkest moments, God is already at work. What seems like an ending can become a new beginning. The same power that raised Jesus from the grave is the same power that brings life to our brokenness, peace to our worries, and joy to our hearts.

Because He lives, we have hope. Because He lives, we are never alone.

Today, we remember the glorious resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ—the ultimate victory of life over death, hope over despair, and light over darkness.

The empty tomb is not just a story of the past; it is a powerful reminder that no situation is too broken, no heart too wounded, and no life too far gone for God to restore. Because He lives, we have a living hope—a promise that even in our darkest moments, new beginnings are possible.

“𝙃𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚; 𝙃𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙣, 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙃𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙞𝙙.” — 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙬 28:6

Let this truth fill our hearts today:

“𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀: 𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻”

As we remember the passion of Christ, the Seven Last Words of Jesus on the cross are not just final statements—they are powerful messages that speak to our hearts even today.

✨ 1. “𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧, 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢, 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜.” (𝙇𝙪𝙠𝙚 23:34)
A reminder that true love forgives. Even in pain, Jesus chose mercy. May we learn to forgive those who hurt us.

✨ 2. “𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙄 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪, 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙚.” (𝙇𝙪𝙠𝙚 23:43)
No one is beyond saving. God’s grace is always within reach, even in our last moments.

✨ 3. “𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣, 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙤𝙣… 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧.” (𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 19:26-27)
Jesus shows us the importance of love, care, and responsibility for one another.

✨ 4. “𝙈𝙮 𝙂𝙤𝙙, 𝙢𝙮 𝙂𝙤𝙙, 𝙬𝙝𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙚?” (𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙬 27:46)
In our deepest struggles, we are reminded that even Jesus experienced pain. It’s okay to cry out to God.

✨ 5. “𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩.” (𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 19:28)
Beyond physical thirst, Jesus longs for our love and closeness. Do we respond to His call?

✨ 6. “𝙄𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙙.” (𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 19:30)
Jesus fulfilled His mission. A powerful reminder that God’s plan is perfect and complete.

✨ 7. “𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧, 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙄 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩.” (𝙇𝙪𝙠𝙚 23:46)
A final act of trust. May we learn to surrender everything to God.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
The Seven Last Words teach us forgiveness, compassion, trust, and unwavering faith. They remind us that even in suffering, there is purpose—and in sacrifice, there is love.
