Jesus Welcomes All Children

Mark 10:14 (NIV): "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these."

The Context: Jesus rebuked His disciples for trying to keep children away. This shows His desire for everyone—regardless of cultural or social standing—to experience His love.

Children, do your best, spend time reading your Bible, be in community and modeling as Paul instructs Timothy: “Let no one have contempt for your youth, but set an example for those who believe, in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity.”

HOLY SPIRIT OUR COMFORTER

IN Christian theology, the Holy Spirit as Comforter is the divine advocate, counselor, and helper sent by God to guide, strengthen, and comfort believers. This concept stems from the Greek word parakletos (Paraclete), meaning "one called alongside to help".

John 14:16: "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever"

As our Comforter, the Holy Spirit brings peace and emotional healing during times of grief, distress, or sorrow

Romans 8:1-2

".. Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.."

If you belong to Jesus, God will never condemn you. Sin used to control us and lead to death, but Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to set us free and give us new life. God is faithful — He forgives us and breaks sin’s power so we can live for Him.

That’s the heart of it: no guilt, new freedom, because God keeps His promises.
