* Born February 16, 1852 Died October 31,1916
* Was brought up a Presbyterian from birth until around 15 years of age.
* He would take and write Bible verses warning of destruction and Hell with chalk on the sidewalks of Pittsburgh, PA.
* At the age of 16 he started to question the faith he was taught in his youth.
* At 18 he went to a sermon by the Adventist preacher, Jonas Wendell. It was Wendell that first focused Russell into Bible chronology and prophecy, in particular the 1874 date for Christ's expected return.
* Charles later went on to meet "Millerite" Adventist ministers George Storrs, and George Stetson where they discussed their current understanding of what true Christianity was.
* In 1874, Charles was re-baptized.
* In 1876 Russell came across a copy of "Herald of the Morning" published by Nelson H. Barbour. Russell contacted Barbour to set up a meeting in order to compare notes.
* Barbour introduced Russell to some ideas, of which the most important was the Rapture would occur in April 1878 and that the second coming of Christ which was meant to have happened in 1874, had in fact happened but it had happened invisibly.
* Russell was so convinced with what Barbour had to say about the Rapture(which would have included the destruction of all the world's churches) in 1878 that he sold the 5 haberdashery stores that he owned for $300, 000($5.5 millions in today's money) in order to finance the writing of a number of publications that would outline the current religious views of both Barbour and himself.
* And why not, as there was only 2 years to live before the Rapture would occur.
* In 1878 Russell split with Barbour over the fact that the Rapture did not occur when expected and in July 1879 began his own publications "Zion's Watch Tower" and "Herald of Christ's Presence".
* In 1889 the Watchtower built it's very first building in Allegheny for the purposes of publishing literature. And the rest is history.

* An American Baptist preacher whose followers have been termed Millerites
* He is credited with the beginning of the advent movement of the 1830s and 1840s in North America
* Among his direct spiritual heirs are several major religious denominations including Seventh-day Adventist and Advent Christians.
* William Miller was an active Freemason and had no formal training in the ministry.
* Throughout the conclusion of the war of 1812 Miller was deeply concerned with the question of death and afterlife. This reflection upon his own mortality followed the recent deaths of his father and sister; and his experience as a soldier of the war. Miller apparently felt that there were only two options possible following death: annihilation and accountability; neither of which he was comfortable with.
* Miller took tentative steps towards regaining his Baptist faith.
* At first he attempted to combine both, publicly espousing Deism while simultaneously attending his local Baptist Church.
* His attendance turned to participation when he was asked to read the day sermon during one of that local minister's frequent absences.
* His participation changed to commitment one Sunday when he was reading a sermon on the duties of parents and became choked with emotions. Miller records the experience: " Suddenly the character of a Savior was vividly. Impressed upon mind. It seemed that there might be a being so good and compassionate as to Himself at one for our transgressions, and thereby save us from suffering the penalty of sin. I immediately felt how lovely such a Being must be; and imagined that I could cast myself into the arms of, and trust in the mercy of such as One."

* She never held official title as the head of SDA church, but was one of its founders and acknowledged spiritual leader. She rather disingenuously declined to claim the title of "prophet," Calling herself a "messenger" instead(P.G.Damsteegt, et al., Seventh-day Adventist Believe... A Biblical Exposition of 27 Fundamental Doctrines, 1988, p. 224).
But she claimed to have the "spirit of prophecy," and that her message were direct from God for the guidance and instruction of the church. With her knowledge and consent, others called her a prophet and an inspired commentator of the Scripture, and even "the Spirit of Prophecy" (Maurice Barnett, Ellen G. White & Inspiration, pp. 5-17).
* Having only a third grade education, Ellen White said for years she was unable to read, bolstering the claim that her beautiful prose was inspired by God. However, it has been discovered that she not only read, but plagiarized other Christians authors throughout virtually all her writings. The sad facts of this matter have been thoroughly and indisputably established in several books. (e.g.see Walter Rea, The White Lie; and Judged by the Gospel, ๐™ฅ๐™ฅ361-383).

Seventh-Day Adventism [SDA] is a challenging false cult to expose for one who is ignorant of the Scriptures and ignorant of SDA's core hidden beliefs. Many Christians find it difficult to expose SDA's because the false religion plainly teaches faith in Jesus Christ. This confuses many people, which is exactly what Satan intended. Satan is a master deceiver and liar (John 8:44), and the highest Satan award goes to the religious group who can appear the most โ€œChristianโ€ while leading their followers into Hell.

SDA teaches that the archangel Michael became Jesus on earth. This is the same demonic doctrine which Jehovah's Witnesses share. SDA's deceitfully claim to believe that Jesus is God, while maintaining that He was also Michael. You can't have it both ways. There is NOTHING in the Word of God that indicates, even remotely, that Jesus was Michael. The teaching clearly denies the deity of Jesus Christ. Interestingly, the most profound figure in SDA, Ellen G. White, openly denied the deity of Jesus Christ, which fact SDA's today attempt to lie about and deny. History can be corrupted, but the truth cannot. Ellen G. White denied Jesus' deity.

"The man Christ Jesus was not the Lord God Almighty." โ€”Ellen G. White (1903, ms 150, SDA Commentary V, p. 1129)

SDA teach a series of heresies, such as the unscriptural โ€œInvestigative Judgmentโ€ and โ€œsoul sleepโ€ and that there is no Hell. SDA's instead errantly believe that the wicked will be annihilated. The Bible has much more to say about Hell than Heaven, and repeatedly warns of flaming fire (2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9), everlasting fire (Matthew 18:8) and the vengeance of eternal fire (Jude 1:7) for the wicked.

Psalm 9:17 warns that the wicked shall be turned into Hell. Common sense tells us that the wicked and the righteous do not go to the same place; for if they did, Psalm 9:17 would make no sense at all. If the wicked go to Hell, then obviously the implication is that the righteous go somewhere much better. God said that the wicked shall be turned into Hell and all they who forget God. Only a fool would deny the existence of a literal Hell, when we see so much suffering in this present world. If God allows tormentuous suffering in this earthly life, do you foolishly think that He will not do so in eternity? Don't kid yourself! Hell is real. Please don't go to Hell. Just as Jackie Gleason, who didn't think God would send a sinner to Hell, SDA's will find out the hard way and regret their unbelief for all eternity in the flames of Hell.

SDA is a bizarre false religion. When one studies their prophecies of the future, which is highly unbiblical, this becomes more clear. They have many similar teachings to the Jehovah's Witnesses, twisting dates and numbers to indicate years. Ellen G. White was a nutcase.

Many books exposing false religious cults, such as Walter Martin's KINGDOM OF THE CULTS, foolishly identify Seventh-Day Adventism as a Christian cult. May I say, SDA is a demonic cult. There is NOTHING Christian about the SDA religion. They openly deny the existence of Hell.

Ellen G. White was deeply involved with the occult and SDA was founded by Freemasons as part of the New World Order's attempt to deceive the masses into following the Antichrist. There's an occult obelisk on White's grave, showing her allegiance to the New World Order, just as Charles Russell (who founded the Jehovah's Witnesses false cult) has a giant illuminati pyramid on his grave. Russell showed his blatant support for the New World Order by corrupting the Bible and writing his own. He named it the New World Translation. Truth is stranger than fiction.

All mainstream so-called โ€œChristianโ€ religions were started by 33rd degree Freemasons, including Ron Hubbard, Taze Russell, Joseph Smith (founder of the Mormons) and many others. The Christian Scientist false religion and Oral Roberts were also involved with the occult. As shocking as it may be, the Freemasonry demonic occult is largely composed of Southern Baptists, who are also a part of the New World Order and have gone apostate in recent decades. This is why they are 100% supportive of the Ecumenical Movement.

โบSeventh Day Adventists
Founder: William Miller

โบOverview

In 1782 William Miller was born on the east coast of the United States. As a young man he was a farmer and during the war of 1812, he served as a captain in the American armed forces. In 1833 he was licensed to preach by a Baptist church but was never ordained. After having studied the Bible for two years, in 1818 Miller announced to the world that in 25 years (March 1844) Jesus Christ would return to the earth. At the height of his ministry, Miller had gathered some 50,000 followers, who had also become known as "Adventists." When March 1844 came and went with no sign of Jesus Christ having returned, Miller recalculated the new date to October 22, 1844. When Jesus did not return on October 22, 1844, the entire Millerite movement collapsed as his followers' Christian faith were destroyed. Miller revamped his doctrine to say that Christ had indeed returned, but that Miller had not understood that Christ first had to come to the "Heavenly Sanctuary," which He is now busy cleaning. Once Jesus has cleansed things up in heaven, He would be coming back to the earth.

The remnant that bought into this lie formed the Advent Church and in 1845 William Miller became its first president. The name was later changed to Seventh Day Adventists and after the death of Miller in 1849 a new false prophet came on the scene, this time a woman, Ellen G. White. At the age of 13, Ellen was taken to a meeting where William Miller spoke and was converted to the Adventist faith. During the month of December, 1844, Ellen was holding a prayer meeting in which she had a vision and felt that she was transported to heaven and shown that Christ could not come back to the earth until the Great Commission has been fulfilled. This revelation was later going to be mixed in with the teaching that Christ had come back in 1844, but that He stopped in the heaven sanctuary to first clean that up. Thus, like with so many other false movements, the leaders in the Advents movement had to cover up for the false prophecy of William Miller.

On August 30, 1846 Ellen married James White, who had been ordained into the Adventist church in 1843. Her ascension as a "prophetess" in the Seventh Day Adventist Church had now begun. During her years as the "seer" for the SDA church, she prophesied a number of predictions, which did not come true. One of the most blatant false prophecies she made was when she predicted before the American Civil war, that the Union would not be preserved but that the United States would be divided, slavery would not be abolished but England would intervene and declare war on the United States. Any student of history knows differently. But, like so many other false movements, these failed prophecies are swept under the rug and most Seventh Day Adventists today do not even know about them.

Like so many other cults, the doctrine of the SDA church evolved with time. The doctrine of Saturday as the Sabbath was not preached by William Miller, but came in later. Neither did Miller preach and believe in vegetarianism.

With the collapse of Miller's prediction that Christ would return in 1844, the movement needed a cause in order to survive. After the damage control had been completed and the SDA spin doctors had cured the disease, it was time for the SDA leadership to hammer out some kind of "theology" that could be used to attract new converts to their fold.

The teaching of vegetarianism came from the Whites. In1864 Ellen's husband became ill and Ellen nursed him back to health. After his recovery James and Ellen began to think about food and eating habits. Since just a practical experience would not do the job of changing the theology of the SDA church, Ellen had a "convenient" vision from the Lord, and vegetarianism was not introduced tot he church as a "THUS SAYS THE LORD." In 1866 the Western Health Reform Institute was founded at Battle Creek, Michigan. Despite the new vegetarian diet, James White died in1881.

Ellen was always writing for the SDA denominational publications, and wrote a string of books. One well known book and still pushed hard by the SDA members is, "The Great Controversy." It is important to note that Ellen was a proven plagiarist. The explanation of the SDA Church for her plagiarism, that there were no copyright laws back then does not excuse her "borrowing".

SDA's often make every effort to appear "evangelical", joining in with inter-ministry groups and trying to "blend in" with the Christian community. However, make no mistake about it, they believe they are exclusively correct because they recognize and follow Ellen G. White. Among themselves, they mock the Christian's beliefs, calling our concept of salvation, "cheap grace". They privately consider themselves to be spiritually superior to the rest of us.

The SDA Church made this statement in their "Ministry" magazine of October 1981 and has never retracted it:

"We believe the revelation and inspiration of both the Bible and Ellen Whiteโ€™s writings to be of equal quality. The superintendence of the Holy Spirit was just as careful and thorough in one case as in the other."

โบSeventh day Cult Beliefs:

โŒGreat emphasis is laid upon the teaching that the Sabbath day is on Saturday, and if a person does not keep Saturday as Sabbath, he cannot be saved. Ultimately, according to SDA theology, your salvation in the last days boils down to the day you worship on. Simply put, there is no salvation outside the SDA church. The Bible says we are saved by grace through faith and nothing more. Ephesians 2:8-9

โŒEllen G. White taught that all other churches except the SDA church were teaching lies from the Devil. Only SDA members are true and obedient believers; prayers spoken in other churches are only answered by the Devil. This is a man-made doctrine not found in the Bible.

โŒThey believe that in the last days just before Christ returns, only those worshipping on Saturday will be saved. They particularly believe that worshipping on Sunday will be the mark of the beast. They consider themselves to be the only true, remnant church and all others will be condemned in time. This is a man-made doctrine not found in the Bible. The mark of the beast will be a literal mark, either in your forehead or in your hand. Revelation 14:9

โŒThey firmly believe that Jesus is Michael the Archangel and this is the name used for him (Jesus) in the Old Testament; yet also believe that Jesus is God. Jesus is God, he is the Creator; (John 1:1-3; Colossians 1:16-17; Hebrews 1:1-6) whereas, Michael is just an angel, a created being.

โŒThey believe that the atonement through Jesus is not complete until He comes again, only your past sins are forgiven by grace up to that point. The Bible says that the atoning work of Jesus is finished, never again to be repeated. John 19:30; Hebrews 9:24-28

โŒThey believe in the "sanctuary teaching" that Jesus is now cleaning the sanctuary in the heavens before he can return to the earth. This is a man-made doctrine not found in the Bible.

โŒThey believe you will have to stand in the presence of the living God for judgment without a mediator. The Bible says that there is one mediator between God and men, and that is Jesus himself. I Timothy 2:5

โŒThey believe you can be sinless, also known as "sinless perfection". Meaning that a person can become sinless while they are still living on this earth in their physical body. The Bible says that all are born with sin. All throughout the New Testament, the various authors write about fleeing and resisting sin, they themselves struggled with sin. This is a man-made doctrine not found in the Bible.

โŒThey wonโ€™t tell you that early Adventists expected the literal second coming of Christ in 1843 and 1844 only to be disappointed. They wonโ€™t tell you that their 1844 "investigative judgment" teaching was born out of an attempt to cover over this false prophecy. Instead of repenting over this false date, they believe that Christ really came, but INVISIBLY in heaven. As an SDA you now enter a period of "investigative judgment" where every deed you do or donโ€™t do is recorded for judgment day. You will even be judged for "idle moments" where you could have been more obedient. When Christ comes, every eye shall see it (Revelation 1:7). At the Judgment Seat of Christ, we will be judged. 1st Corinthians 3:11-15; 2nd Corinthians 5:10

โŒThey believe the doctrine of soul sleeping, which states that the souls of believers in Christ are not in heaven, but are sleeping in the graves. The Bible says those who were saved on earth by receiving Jesus Christ as their Saviour and died are now living a full and joyous life in heaven. Revelation 7:9-17

โŒThey believe in the final and total annihilation of the wicked, where they will simply cease to exist after the final judgment. This doctrine is in harmony with the Jehovah's Witnesses. The Bible says they will be cast into the Lake of Fire. Revelation 20:12-15

โŒThey do not believe in the eternal punishment of Satan and his fallen angels. They believe that the penalty for sinning against a Holy God is merely annihilation. Satan is the scapegoat; the sins of the believers are laid upon him, and he and these sins are finally burned up. The Bible says that Satan and his fallen angels will be cast in the Lake of Fire. Revelation 20:10-15

โŒThey believe in and demand vegetarianism. There is no place in the Bible where God demands this. There is nothing wrong if a person chooses to be vegetarian for personal or health reasons, but it should never be tied in with our salvation.

โŒThey believe you should revere their founding prophetess, Ellen G. White, viewing her as having the "spirit of prophecy" referred to in the book of Revelation. Ellen G. White's writing are considered as inspired as the Bible and are used as a authoritative source of truth. In spite of revering her, they wonโ€™t ordain women as ministers. Ellen was a proven plagiarist and therefore a liar. God's attributes are truth and light (I John 1:5-6), whereas, Satan's attributes are darkness and lying (John 8:44).

Dear Friends,
Remember, if you MISS heaven you will NEVER MISS hell! Take care, for this eternal decision has to be made now, not after we die.

God is offering eternal life as a FREE GIFT to EVERYONE who BELIEVES in JESUS. God made Jesus the SAVIOUR of the WORLD. A sinner needs a SAVIOUR, not money, name, or fame to be saved!

Romans 1:21-25
[21]Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
[22]Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Ang mga nangagmamarunong ay naging mga mangmang,
[23]And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
At pinalitan nila ang kaluwalhatian ng Dios na hindi nasisira, ng isang katulad ng larawan ng tao na nasisira, at ng mga ibon, at ng mga hayop na may apat na paa, at ng mga nagsisigapang.
[24]Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Dahil dito'y sa karumihan ng mga pita ng kanilang mga puso ay ibinigay sila ng Dios sa kahalayan, upang alisan nila ng puri ang kanilang mga katawan sa kanikanilang sarili:
[25]Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Sapagka't pinalitan nila ang katotohanan ng Dios ng kasinungalingan, at sila'y nagsisamba at nangaglingkod sa nilalang kay sa Lumalang, na siyang pinupuri magpakailan man. Siya nawa.

Verse 5 - Romans 8:38-39
Romans 8:38-39
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Discussion
Notice that the Apostle Paul says that neither "things present, nor things to come" can separate us from the love of God. Can you tell me anything that this doesn't include? There's absolutely no conceivable action done at any point by anyone (obviously, this includes yourself) that can separate us from the love of God.

This bears witness to the truth that once someone is "sanctified by faith" (Acts 26:18) and made holy by the payment of Jesus Christ, they are safe forever, as Hebrews 10:14 says, "by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified". Once someone is sanctified, they are sanctified and perfected forever. The sanctification of the believer is irrevocable, and nothing can possibly change that.

Furthermore, why say something like this in the first place? Was there ever any doubt about God's faithfulness? Of course not. No one questions God's power to keep us saved, they question their own role to play and whether they can hold up their "part". These verses are only meaningful, then, if they are discussing the fact that none of our sinful actions, regardless of their origin, can affect our eternal destiny. Otherwise, this, and all the verses about God's faithfulness above, become trite, meaningless statements, as there was never any question as to whether God would uphold His "end of the bargain".

All of the verses in this article, then, are given by God to set your mind at ease and debunk the idea that you can lose your Salvation. They do this by emphasizing God's own faithfulness and power, as His work is the sole basis for our Salvation in the first place (2 Corinthians 5:21). You never had a "part" to do in keeping or earning your Salvation. If you had a part to play in keeping yourself saved, you would without question mess your part up. That's why God does all the work Himself, and emphasizes this to us over, and over, and over again.

Eternal Security๐Ÿ”’

Verse 4 - Ephesians 1:12-14
Ephesians 1:12-14
12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Discussion
This passage shows that every single believer is sealed with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit the moment they believe. This Holy Spirit is the earnest ("down payment") of our inheritance, meaning that God seals us to prove that He is serious about not losing a single one of those who have trusted in Christ.

The indwelling of the Holy Spirit, then, is proof that a believer is destined to inherit in the Heavenly Kingdom of God. This is why the Bible says our "inheritance" is "incorruptible", and "reserved in Heaven" for us (1 Peter 1:4).

The Bible is replete with verses teaching that the Holy Spirit lives inside of every single believer (Ephesians 4:30, Romans 8:9: 1 Corinthians 3:16, 6:19: 2 Corinthians 1:22, 5:5, etc.), and this passage shows us that we are sealed until a fixed point in time - until the "redemption of the purchased possession", which refers to the Resurrection when we receive a new, glorified body (Romans 8:23).

Furthermore, we are called a purchased possession - something owned by God himself right now. This is why we are said to be "bought with a price" (1 Corinthians 6:20, 7:23), that price being Christ's own blood (Acts 20:28). The entire price for our justification has already been paid, and nothing can change that.

The Apostle Paul also acknowledges the fact in a parallel verse in Ephesians 4:30 that it's possible to grieve the Holy Spirit (due to misbehavior), but is clear in stating that even such ones are "sealed unto the day of redemption". A similar statement is made in 2 Corinthians 1:22.

Since we are sealed with the Holy Spirit, it is God Himself that secures our Salvation. Not only are we in the Son's hand, and the Father's hand, but the Holy Sprit is in us. Our Salvation is never put in our hands to keep because we aren't reliable. Instead it is kept secure by the three-fold witness of each member of the Trinity.
