​It is a beautiful reminder that you are never too small for God to use. Your quiet prayers, small acts of kindness, and simple faith may seem tiny, but in God's hands, they grow into a sanctuary of hope for others.

The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed... Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches. - Matthew 13:31-32

Jesus reminds us that the Kingdom of God often starts small and unnoticed, just like a tiny mustard seed. We don't need massive status to make a difference; when we trust God with the little we have, He uses it to bring life and blessings to the world.

​The Pygmy Flowerpecker is a perfect illustration of this truth. Measuring at less than 8 centimeters, it is the smallest bird in the Philippines. It is tiny, incredibly light, and easily missed as it darts through the canopy. Yet, this tiny bird plays a massive role in nature—acting as a vital seed disperser that helps plant new life and grow the very trees where other forest creatures find shelter.

"True faith doesn't demand visible signs; it rests completely on the power of the Master's Word."
Today, whatever worry you are holding, place it completely in God's hands. We don't need to see everything figured out right now; we just need to trust that a single word from Him can change everything.

Lord, I am not worthy to have you enter under my roof; only say the word and my servant will be healed. – Matthew 8:8

The Roman centurion displays incredible trust today. He knew Jesus didn't need to be physically present to heal his servant—His spoken word alone carried all the power needed.

​This Whiskered Treeswift perches calmly at the very tip of a high, thin branch. Untroubled by the wind or the height, it rests peacefully, secure in its design.

Today, whatever worry you are holding, place it completely in God's hands. We don't need to see everything figured out right now; we just need to trust that a single word from Him can change everything.

Worrying does not take away tomorrow's trouble; it only takes away today's peace 🌿

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap, they store nothing away in barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they?
– Matthew 6:26

Jesus speaks directly to our anxious hearts today, using the birds as the ultimate example of trust. Worrying cannot add a single hour to our lives. When we consume ourselves with stress over the future, we forget that we have a loving Heavenly Father who already knows exactly what we need.

​Look at this female Pied Bushchat with a grasshopper tightly in her beak. She didn’t spend her morning stressing or hoarding food for the next year; she simply stepped out in faith, and the Creator provided exactly what she needed for the day. Let go of the things you cannot control. Take a deep breath, look up, and trust that the God who takes care of the birds will surely take care of you.

Not everyone will like us or accept our message and that’s okay 😇

In the wild, the Brown-breasted Kingfisher stays focused on its goal, regardless of the environment around it. It doesn’t change its nature just because the wind blows or the surroundings become difficult.

​Jesus stayed focused on love even when he was rejected. Our job isn't to please everyone, but to remain steady in our faith and love everyone, no matter their background or beliefs because He loved us first.

​Can you show kindness today to someone who might be difficult to love or who doesn't understand your path?

While the candidate couples were busy inside, a whole community was working tirelessly outside to make the magic happen!

​Here’s a look at the "hidden" side of ME Class No. 21. From the Printing Team rushing to get materials ready, to our Elders bonding over shared stories and coffee, the energy was just incredible.

​One of the most powerful moments was seeing the Vigil Room—a quiet space where prayers never stopped. While we worked, we prayed, knowing that every detail was being guided by the Lord. It’s this mix of hard work, laughter, and deep faith that makes GLI-Cavite feel like such a family.

​To the Sponsoring Class 20, the Ministries, and our Elders—you are the unsung heroes of this weekend! Thank you for serving with so much joy 🥰😇🙏🏻

While the view in Tagaytay is beautiful, the real "scenery" this weekend was happening right here inside the conference room. Here are some snapshots of our Class 21 couples diving deep, taking notes, and sharing heart-to-heart moments.

​It’s amazing to watch the transition from the first session to the last. You can see the focus, the occasional laughter, and those quiet moments of realization. These are the hours spent building a stronger foundation for their homes.

​Shoutout to our Ecclesial Team, Sponsoring Class 20 and Music Ministry for keeping the energy high and making sure everyone felt at home! It’s not just about sitting and listening; it’s about growing together as one GLI family.

Sunday is always the most emotional part of the Marriage Encounter weekend. After two days of reflecting and opening up, our Class 21 candidate couples stood before God at the Holy Mass to renew their vows.

​There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as husbands and wives held hands, looked into each other's eyes, and promised to love one another even better than before. Seeing these couples recommit their lives to each other with God at the very center is a powerful reminder that love is a choice we make every single day.

​Thank you, Fr. Victor Sadaya, for celebrating this beautiful Mass and for reminding us that a marriage with three strands—husband, wife, and God~is not easily broken.

​To Class 21, may the promises you made today carry you through every season of your life. Congratulations on your "New I Do"!

A Weekend of Love, Faith, and New Beginnings! 🕊️❤️

​We just wrapped up an incredible Marriage Encounter Weekend for GLI - Cavite Chapter (Class No. 21)

From May 1-3, the Marello Retreat House in Tagaytay became a second home for our candidate couples as they took some time off to focus on what matters most: their marriage and God.

​It wasn't just a seminar; it was a beautiful journey of rediscovery. Seeing the smiles and the renewed spark in everyone’s eyes by graduation was truly moving.
​A massive thank you to our Ecclesial Team for leading the way: Fr. Victor Sadaya, and our Team Couples, Tito Niel & Tita Len and Tito Niel & Tita Lenh. Your wisdom made all the difference 😇🙏🏻

Habang naka-seal sa pugad ang female, hindi siya iniiwan.
Araw-araw, bumabalik ang male. Nagdadala ng pagkain. Nagpapakita. Present.
Simple. Consistent. Committed.
Parang sa Marriage Encounter —
hindi lang “I love you” sa umpisa,
kundi “I choose you” araw-araw. 💛

Minsan tahimik ang season.
Minsan parang naka-seal ang sitwasyon.
